“Hands down best post office I’ve been to. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. Hats off to the the staff here.”

“This is a small office with only one staff working. She is the professional and friendly who always welcome customers and tries her best to serve. Sometimes she locks the door to get a coffee next door. Please be patient if that happens since she is the only one who hold the position. I wish her the best in this holiday season.”

I’ve interacted with brian once and he was a very personable guy, great conversation and very friendly. Linda is amazing. She’s accepted my packages after close, she’s always kind, and always nice. I enjoy dropping even my envelopes off there because I get to talk to her. Great staff here”

“I expected my order to be delivered. I waited over 2weeks for it. It was due to arrive today and I find out at 7pm, that it was returned to sender at 4pm. WTH Damascus. The money that one pays to live here, can we get our delivery on time? Can you attempt to call us or try to deliver it again before you make the independent decision to return to sender? Did it ever occur to you, that maybe....just maybe...you should try again? At least once. It's only the same address for the last 4years. I mean, hell you finally stopped sending other mail out but to heck with what we actually order.Update to 4stars: As of 27 February, all has been made right with me and for me. I understand personnel are new and for the lack of my understanding that was displayed. I apologize for all things. It could have been said better, considering the platform used. Forgive me and I will do better moving forward.”
“Twice this week I have not received my packages. I've had to put through two service requests. It pained me to think my Grandmother's hand stitched quilt was lost. The Manager of the Post Office, Bridget really stepped up to the plate. She said she would address all of my concerns and she requested the carrier to go to the house where he delivered the pkg. I was so grateful it was found. Bridget called me to confirm that my package was on my front porch. Thank you Bridget for really getting this situation resolved.”
