I can't even give this post office 1 star. They are have the absolute worst. One guy at the counter spoke to me like I was illiterate when I asked him about the return process. 99% sure a different male employer stole my package from in front of my door while delivering packages to another person in my apartment complex. Thankfully I was refunded my money. I had a camera that captured him, being the only one who ever entered, when nobody else was in the building at that time and it had only been delivered 10 minutes prior to him entering the building and leaving with a box. I recently had a package delivered, come to find out it was delivered to the wrong address. I've tried calling the post office multiple times and nobody will answer. Now the phone is off the hook. I work crazy hour's so it's hard to get in there before they close so this is the only option I have at the moment. These people are responsible for important documents and packages. We bust out butts working to get these thing's for ourselves and others. I pray to God you get yours. Karma is real. This particular post office though, the one on Liberty Rd, needs to clean up their employees. There has only been 2 women that work there that treated me like a human being and were respectful. This world has gone to complete ish with humanity.

The lady with the locks is so rude! Shes such a snub, the least you can do is reply letting one know you will respond later instead of just ignoring and making one look like a fool by repeating a question under the assumption that one wasn’t heard. Secondly the location looks very run down.

Quite literally the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with in Maryland. I can never get my packages on time. It’s either the employees falsifying their records saying I requested to pick the packages up, or they put them in my complex’s drop box & “forgetfully” provide me with a key to access the items. I had to pay for a mailbox key and after today I have to elect to send my packages to a family members instead just so I can receive them on time. I have consistently had issues since I moved in this area and at this point it feels as if I’m being targeted.
Update: I received my package and the box was open.

If any government employee in our country gets paid too much and receives too many benefits for doing nothing, it is every Postal Service employee without a shadow of a doubt. Either they are understaffed, incapable of doing the job they are trained to do, or in the case of this particular location, they are blasting trashy music in the back and doing nothing at ALL to attend to the line that is backed up all the way through the building. In fact, I'm not even confident that anyone was on shift today, seeing as I waited in line for 15 minutes and did not see an employee once. The customers in front of us had clearly been waiting for an unreasonable period of time, and the majority of those in line with us LEFT AND RETURNED TO THEIR CARS due to the sheer lack of WORK being completed at this location. There is a twenty minute parking limit at this location, meaning that employees are obligated to work efficiently and effectively, and they simply will not.

My package said that it was delivered to my mailbox I checked the mailbox and nothing was there. I called customer service and someone called me back and said the carrier put my package in the wrong mailbox, but re delivered it to the correct mailbox. I checked again and still no package!! How do you deliver a package to the WRONG MAILBOX TWICE?!?! I believe they stole it! Then when I called the post office back the lady who answered the phone didn’t have a care in the work!! Very nasty attitude!!!

I wanted to ship a package, told me their printer doesn't work...how do you have a post office and one of the main services that you offer is not available? Wasted my time, that should have been made known on their website or Google. And to make it worse the lady had a very smug look on her face, sitting down on her phone and chatting.

3 credit cards stolen. Not received through the mail. My neighbors experienced the same. I file a complaint and nothing has been done. The app is useless. One day this employee will slip up..watch! and I hope they throw the book at you in court!!! I’m going to get this location investigated. Seem like they are all in on it. Ppl have consistently complained about this employee. Nothing has changed!

I truly wish I could leave negative stars. Where do I begin. Today I got a Christmas card that was scanned on December 20 and I didn’t receive until December 31ST. Coming from Towson Maryland. Why would it take 11 days to reach me? Not to mention whenever I would be waiting for a check to come to my home it would never make it. I would get an email from informed delivery that it had been scanned in at central and it still never reached me. At this point I’m afraid of not getting my mail. Sad to think.

whenever we call this post office no one answer the phone at all. called for 3 weeks and no answer. i spoke to one manger a few months ago and he told me he will handle the problem and yet he hasn't done anything at all. i belive he said his was singh.

Worst experience, opening time is 9.30am they open at 9.40, when requested to send a mail there computers are not working.

For the last 3 days my mail has been going to my neighbors homes. A week prior they delivered my mail on the wrong block. Whoever is distributing the mail cant seem to read addresses. I would like my old mail carrier back. Horrible Job
