We had a 1:30 passport appointment. We got there 10 minutes early and was told we had to wait about 15 minutes because the passport person went to lunch. After 30 minutes, we were told she will not be back until after 2:30. Let me remind you, we had a passport appointment for a family of 5 at 1:30pm. They only take appointments. We took a half day of work, took the kids out of school and cancelled dental appointments to get this done today. This is disappointing and absolutely ridiculous.

A totally dysfunctional USPS location that seemingly closes at random times of the day, during what are supposed to be operating hours. As another reviewer put it, a dumpster fire of a location.

This location has delivered yet ANOTHER package of mine to the wrong address. I don't understand where the confusion lies. Just read. I already know it wasn't my usual carrier bc she agreed to put my packages at my door so I see on my camera they were delivered. So bottom line, if someone else is going to cover a route they don't usually have, please take the extra time to read so the packages are delivered to the correct address! I don't deal with this post office I just don't have the patience. I'm only here bc this is the office that delivers my mail. Otherwise I gladly go to the office on rolling Rd. I've NEVER had any problems.

Raging dumpster fire of a post office. Made a passport appointment for 2:45. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. Lights were off and a handwritten sign was taped to the door that said the office was closed for lunch from 2:00 to 3:15 for lunch (over an hour) Nothing like fraud waste and abuse of U.S. tax dollars.

Someone at this station is tampering with the mail. I have had two checks this year supposedly "lost" in the mail. I signed up for informed delivery and I got an image of a check that was supposed to come on 27 Nov but I have yet to receive it

Don’t have access to use their tape you have to bring your own which is inconvenient. Most post offices would just do it for you.

One of the local delivery drivers is deliberately mishandling packages and damaging the contents. Delivering a box on it's side, even though all 4 sides of the box were clearly marked with a big red sticker and arrows that say "This End Up". Another intentional disregard for all USPS customers and their packages.This is becoming all too common lately. As a business owner, I continually try to support the postal service, especially my local post office, and use them to ship hundreds of packages a month, but I will have to look into other means of shipment in order to protect my products from being damaged by them, and my customers from being unhappy with the blatant ignorance showed by the USPS delivery driver.

If I could give zero stars I would. The “gentleman” at the counter treated me and my partner with such disrespect when all we were trying to understand is where our mail box key is. It’s been 4 weeks. You pay $40 for these keys and need your mail and packages. This is the WORST post office I’ve been too in multiple states.

They cant give me a key to be able to access MY MAIL because their mailbox is broken??? What does that even mean?? I need to access my mail it’s literally been almost two months. Also they don’t have any tape to be able to send packages so what is this place here for??? This is completely frustrating and i need someone to help me please because I have to access my mail.

Hello, please, I need help. I got my key out of this place. It's been two or three months since I went there and I still haven't received any information. Never ever coming back to this establishment again I got a confirmation to hold my mail December 5, 2022 today was my last day to pick it up January 4, 2023 never got any of my hold mail all because my old property is vacant but I did a transfer to my new address but I’m still receiving old mail at the old address so WHY SEND MY MAIL ALL THE WAY BACK WHEN A HOLD MAIL CONFIRMATION ALREADY TOOK PLACE DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HOLDING MY MAIL BEFORE !!

This horrible..the managers never return calls. You can't access your po box's at better times. They never know what happen to Mail you never received. I am going to report to BBB, I will contact a lawyer because I never got my most important mail although I lived where iam over a year with no problems. Yet..elections documents came to the physical address..this is the most terrible post office I have dealt with.
