My daughter booked this appointment solely based on the work of a stylist on her Instagram. She paid the booking fee all on her own. There was no address in the young lady's bio, as we found out later she was transitioning to this salon less than a week prior...my daughter was told she would receive an email of the address which happened to be the address of the previous salon. So of course when we got there, the stylist informed us that she was no longer based out of that particular salon.(which we we never received any notification of such)We call to try and get things straight and find out how we can get the correct address, as we are told that we are late and have to pay a late fee...ok( fine we will pay the fee at this point) we get to the correct location and we are greeted with the most hostile energy. She says that she will have to take another client, which is fine but she's not sure what time it will be when we can return. She says she will contact us once she's finished and available. So we wait...a half hour later she tells us to be there at 11:45.(She also texts to ask if she can get a different style because she doesn't feel like being in the salon late at night.)Another young lady in the salon informs us that she was outside getting her keys". Ok, so we wait in the lobby. 15 minutes go by and there is nothing..no young lady. We decide to leave. This was a very unfortunate event because it did not have to go the way it went. This young lady does a great job as seen on her advertisement via social media. However she must continue to work on her professionalism when dealing with customers.

My friend sent me this photo this is the same salon I came to and the young lady braiding my hair was so disrespectful to me also another lady that was there was rude as well she works in the back soon as you go through the doors she is right there. This isn’t surprising god don’t like ugly

@itss.niyahh_This lady was supposed to do my hair. I scheduled my appointment July 25th. She sent me the address. So I went to that location and she was no longer working there fired/quit. I have no clue. She didn’t communicate that with me. Mind you she got a new location a week before my appointment. She said she emailed me the location. (She didn’t) she said her new location was in her bio go to her bio it’s not there. She want me to go to the booking website. WHO is going to keep checking the booking website to see if you changed the location. Like you don’t got my number or Instagram. Anyways she tried to charge me a $10 late fee. Like it was my fault. So I rescheduled for later that day. Come a 11:45 she text me. Word for word “hey tbh with you I don’t want be in the shop until 1am can you consider getting medium instead of small” First off your booking site says 6 hours so why would we be there at 1am. Then she thought I cared about what she wanted. Long story short. She was 10 minutes. So I leave.

I had to wait 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment and was only seen when I said something about it. For a wash and flat iron I spent 6 hours there, total time spent on my hair was about 1 1/2 hours. Stacey did my hair and 4 days later it started falling out. I reached out to her and she told me to get a protein treatment, and that it had nothing to do with what she did. I have never had hair loss in my life and this occurred directly after she did my hair. She never followed up to ask if she could assist and one month later my hair is STILL falling out, I had to go and see a dermatologist and just hoping my hair recoversService: Hairstyling

DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON!!! They do not give you styles that will last long ladies.... unless you want to waste your money on a temporary style... SAVE YOUR MONEY........ They don't even deserve the one star lol...

Crystal, the owner is: Unprofessional Extremely rude Lacks compassion Tardy Cold personality However, other staff members don't have the same traits. Amber is kind, friendly and always greets with a smile. I watched her interact with everyone who came through the door. Crystal should take note from Amber. I pray that Amber recognizes her talents and realizes she's better and should take her talents elsewhere because in a cold world, customer service really sets the bar. Never have I encountered such a horrible experience. It saddens me each time I think of my visit here. How can you arrive 2.5 hours late with an attitude? No apology, no smile, no greeting at all. Things happen so I'm sure there's a justifiable reason for her being so late but whatever the reason, it was to no fault of the customer yet the customer was treated as such! Crystal was angry, unapologetic and down right nasty. In my line of work I deal with quite of few high profile clients & was anxious to share my experience especially since her work has been advertised on a couple of celebrities already. When visiting the DMV we prefer to have a local stylist to deal with for our team & we have also been looking to have someone travel It literally breaks my heart that another woman of color has failed and has essentially missed out on a grand opportunity to work with some additional men & women of an elite team. My hope is that Crystal reads the review & reflects on anyone she's mistreated and learn from it. I've taken the time to read other reviews on other platforms and it appears that others have had similar experiences. She's truly talented but her personality doesn't match her talent. It's truly an ugly personality.

This is such an Upscale Salon. It is very well maintained. It is very clean and spacious! Shout out to my stylist Hope who keeps my hair LOOKING good!!
