After waiting weeks for a higher up to return my call, I'm taking my car. I've been with the previous owners for almost 4 years and have had not 1 issue. Since the switch to ko storage, I've been told lies. They waited a month to tell me I was behind payments and put a lien on my property.
They claimed to have called and left messages, which is not true. They wanted to put me in a situation whete they can take my stuff. Be careful storing here.

Easy sign up! All online, my unit and code was sent to me through email. Then when I went there my lock was in the unit. Definitely recommend this place.

I was using this Waldorf Maryland Self Storage for temporary storage during a move and they made it super easy to access my unit and to vacate my unit. Would definitely recommend them as it's a quiet and secure location. Thanks for having us!

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. A nice mix of container sizes for any need. My unit was nice and clean upon opening. 5 stars all the way. I would highly recommend!!

We suddenly needed storage late on Friday evening, we were able to do the rental via their website and I was able to get a unit very fast , their rental system works amazingly, they e mail me back the unit number and access code immediately , we rented a truck and move my items into the unit , the late closing (10 PM) helps a lot, very convenient.
Rented the unit at 5:30 and by 9:30 I was already done.
There was a new lock left inside the unit, it is offered for purchase and gets billed on the next monthly payment.
Very convenient, if you have your own lock you just drop their lock in the overnight box.
Very convenient location and service.
Received a call the next morning to give me an overview of the unit, hours and access, and they were surprised that I already had move my items!!
That is how convenient the ability to do it on line is.

Waldorf Maryland Self Storge the staff is very professional. I have done business with them for 13 months I never ran into any problems with the company. I truly believe they are the best when it comes self storge they are very reasonable. And they take care of your belongings. I would say they ate trust worthy. I would recommend waldorf Maryland self storage too any one.
