BEWARE! I tried to buy some grillz from Rich a couple of years ago around Black Friday and never received them! I traveled to the store at least 3-4 times to pick up my grillz. The first time, the grillz were made but there was a problem with the product, and they had to be remade. The next couple of tries Rich insisted the grillz were ready to be picked up and once I arrived, he didn't have them. I notified Rich I was moving to Arizona in the next couple of weeks and he agreed he would have them ready before I left. The day before I moved, I called multiple times to see if my grillz were ready, to no response. Rich finally called me 2 hours before his store closed and told me my grillz were finished but I honestly didn't even believe him at this point. I asked if he could send a picture and he never responded. I tried staying in touch for over a month afterwards, but he stopped taking my calls! So I couldn't even get them shipped. Again, BEWARE! If you are to do business with Rich.

Was referred to him because I was looking for a grill for a party. Scheduled the appointment which was confirmed. Something came up and we had to reschedule which was also approved; I even received a reminder text the day of. We drove almost an hour only to be told Rich left and nobody knows where he went and that somebody else came in looking for him. We called and no answer. Disappointed.

I believe this guy is a decent guy and was given positive review of his work. However, the timely response and professionalism isn't the best. I asked for a charm (which isn't he's speciality) that he said he could do, but the first proof didn't look right. I gave it a second try but took too long. I asked for a refund and he noted he would. That never happened...If you aren't getting grillz then I'd use someone else.

Did an excellent job grill fits perfectly and I get compliments on it to. One thing though it was supposed to come with a case but he didn't have any, I guess he ran out.

I recently purchased a custom designed necklace for my wife from Rich Griillz, my overall experience was great the jeweler* Rich * sat with me and listened to every little detail regarding my wife customize design and after a few weeks my wife necklace came out amazing.. ?

Rich grillz By no means have I ever been the one to down a business or knock the next mans hustle; especially one that is black owned. However my experience with Rich Grillz, was not at all good! I found the company on social media and looked through the photos/work and was impressed. Not long after I made arrangements to get my set. I made my appointment for September 5th, 2020.I went in got my molds, paid my money and that was it, process was quick. I asked the assistant how long does it take she said 21 days for processing. I waited the 21 business days that was told to me. Then I called and spoke with Rich on Oct. 1st, he told me something happened in the lab and it would be a delay. I assumed with COVID-19 maybe it was delay or inconveniences, i told him i understood and said he would call me in a week. I waited and got no call so i called myself on Oct.9th and he then told me my molds broke. He let me know I could either get $100 taken off my initial price with remolds, and it be expedited to me in a week; or just get a refund. I told him i would come in and get the remolds. I had prior arrangements all through out the month of November so i waited. I contacted him again on Dec.8th and told him i could come in Dec.11th for the remold. He told me he would meet me at the shop because he wanted to be the one who did the remolds. I get to the shop Friday, dec.11th and he isn't there and his assistant from before takes the molds again. I explained to her the situation and the issues before and she said everything should be fine and the molds were fine. I wait a week as promised and called Rich on Dec.18. He tells me they are still not done and I should wait longer, he would call me. Once again I received no call, so I contact him today on Dec.30th and tells me once again my molds broke and that he was going to call me today to see if I wanted to come in to get a remold or he could process a refund. I told him at that point I wanted a refund and he said to give him a couple hours and he would process it. Not sure why it wasnt processed right away but quite disappointing! He said he didn't know why they kept breaking and what was the issue. I just want to say Its a complete disappointment to be waiting on something for so long just to be let down. I felt like the entire time i was getting the run around and if i didn't contact him i would still be waiting for nothing. I do not live close (50 miles) so it is already lot to get the place. Over the time i was waiting for my set, i seen advertising posts and plenty of stories on their instagram for people to come in and get their sets or how they already got their sets. Yet i was still waiting for mine or even an update. It just really left a bad taste in my mouth about the company. I understand this may be a difficult or different time because of COVID-19 and the holidays. However the company is still open and offering the work so it should assemble as normal. Im just really disappointed......i asked that i get an email receipt when the refund is processed and I've yet to get a receipt. I called to see when i would get the email and he just kept saying "i got you bro" but why would i trust any of that when everything that i have been promised in the last couple months have been overlooked. I am trying not to be rude or be negative but at this point its just unprofessional! Beyond disappointed! Hate that I couldn't get the same experience as everyone else.
