I wanted to find success with these guys… Sara, with whom I communicated with regularly via email, was great so they get one star for good communication. Another star for grass cutting — they stuck to a regular schedule and did a good job. However, I would not hire them for chemical maintenance, leave that up to Blades of Green or the guys that specialize in that area. I had issues with the service, they attempted to address some of my concerns, but in the end, I was not satisfied. It seems our lawn had less weeds when I was caring for it with Scotts products. Lesson learned. I’ve decided NOT to renew my contract with them and move on.

While the stonework looks lovely (walkway and stairs) the landscaping looks sloppy and unprofessional. Nothing like the proposal. They randomly crammed plants together instead of alternating them in neatly: like the proposal. Attempts to get it fixed were unsuccessful; as they wanted to charge additional. Basically this place is hit or miss; and my front/side yard looks a preschool garden project. Although that may be an insult to preschoolers. Way too expensive for sloppy lackluster and quite frankly embarrassing results.

Thanks to Stewart landscaping for transforming our yard. We had a great experience in all phases. Austin provided us with a concept/sketch and managed the project making sure everything was finished properly. The before and after is amazing!

Great company! They did a great job on my front garden a while back and an awesome job cleaning it up recently. Also had a single and double gate completed by them - both are nice. Will be getting my fence done soon.
The ladies in the office are great with any questions and concerns as well as taking payments.
The guys are on time when scheduled (weather permitting of course) for the job and the quotes are in a timely manner with reasonable pricing.
I recommend for outdoor work!

We hired Stewart Lawn & Landscape to fix some damage to our lawn a few years ago after it was damaged due to a lightening strike. After they finished we saw there were still holes in the yard that they didn't fill. We asked them to come back and they said that they would - no problem. They filled the holes, received payment and went on their way. A few days later we noticed the fill dirt they brought into our yard contained shards of broken glass, large sharp pieces of metal, plastic and other construction type debris. We made another call to Stewart and got no response. I spent several weeks digging around in that dirt trying to find and remove all the sharp pieces of debris so my dogs wouldn't cut their paws. I ended up making another call to their office and when I explained what happened was told by the receptionist, who was very nice, that nobody was in at the moment but she would relay my message and I would for sure get a call back. Well I never did. So I guess once they got their money they were just done - no matter how poor of a job they did. I would give zero stars if I could. Just awful.

They are just at average. Lot of ups and downs with this company so far. Mowed my lawn when it was underwater...not hard to do in Churchton ...they should have waited or skipped it...left large areas of mud exposed. Started to get better then they burned my lawn with chemicals...it is clear you can see the swipe marks grass under at base is green the top is brown...and only weed whacks lawn in back. Left all the weds up the fence line. Disappointed.

Stewarts did hardscaping (not landscaping) and installed a fence and I'm extremely happy with the entire project. They were very patient as I awaited HOA approval. The HOA asked for additional information and Ricky handled that professionally and quickly. When it came time to actually schedule the project Stewart's worked around my schedule; they arrived on the scheduled day; they finished quickly; they cleaned up everything -- and the hardscaping looks better than I had envisioned. I will be using them for future landscaping projects.Services: Fencing installation

I'm not sure how Stewart's Lawn Service is, but I can without a doubt NOT recommend them for landscaping. As soon as they deposited my down payment for our project, it became a huge disappointing nightmare! From lack of communication, to flat out lying to us and about us (in their internal records system), to poor workmanship - I would never in a million years recommend them to do any backyard project. We had them replace retaining walls, concrete patio and steps, and install stone steps in our back yard. I'm not sure the retaining walls were installed properly (I don't think the french drain drains anywhere), the stone steps had to be repositioned 4 times, the pavers that were installed had to be re-done in one section because they created a tripping hazard around our pool, and the concrete steps look like a 4 year old played with modeling clay (and that was after they came out 3 times to fix them). Dirt that was dug up was haphazardly thrown in the yard - and only when we complained did they attempt to make it look leveled out. I had requested an itemized project estimate - give me a general idea as to where they came up with their final estimate for each part of our project - and never received that. Also never received a project drawing/rendering prior to the start of our project. Had I known anything about landscaping projects - I would have been adamant about getting those prior to giving a deposit. Overall, very disappointed to have spent so much money and not love the outcome.

Started off nice they would text me before they came and then they started coming without texting. So I couldn’t put my dogs away then they started canceling with no explanation or communication on why they would cancel when I would call to get a response no one would call back no one would respond but I’d get a text saying that they were coming back out but nobody would communicate with me very unprofessional waste of time and money.Services: Landscaping maintenance

Not honest people ,they passed my house and a weed eater flew off their truck and destroyed my mail box ,I recovered the weed eater and found the owner from the serial number ,I contacted them and they came right out to aquire their equipment ,they led me to belive they would return and fix my mailbox ,I have never heard anything back from them ,therefore they are not a company of their word ,and the person that came was rude ,so use them if you want ,but be fore warned they are not people of their word

This is a great company.I have had beautiful work done with them. Each time I have received excellent customer service & the work is outstanding. Definitely recommend!
