John Kornreich informed me that my installation could be completed at noon the day that I called for service. That was at 10:00. I went back to the office and requested leave to accommodate the installation. I waited all afternoon. I called and left a message with John prior to close of business, but John did not call me back. I have reached out multiple times to try to get service, to no avail. This guy is a clown. Stay away!

Overfilled my tanks. Then tech came out stated he didnt feel safe leaving tank but did anyway cause he thought he fixed the problem. 4 days later I'm leaking propane again and sounds like car backfiring and it blew my cap off 6 feet away from tanks. They arent removing tanks until a later date which is unacceptable. This is a safety hazard to not only mysslf but family. Will NEVER use suburban again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They keep changing delivery policies and dates, neglecting to inform customers and charge $129 if request a fill sooner than 7 days from your call request date. Also the highest priced company in the area. A simple google search brought up 3 companies that charge much less per gallon than these people. I should have done more research instead of believing their sales person that came out to the house. Shame on me, I will definitely replace these people. Beware the national conglomerate that they have become.
