“The purchase and trade-ins went pretty quickly and smoothly. So an experience we were not looking forward to went really well. We had some other things going on in our lives when we started this process. The General Manager Brian Talbot saved our time by appraising the two trade-ins at our apartment. So that was already taken care of when we went to the dealer. Isaiah Anderson was our sales person who was very low pressure, patient, helpful, and was available for help after the sale. Ms. Alyssa Sullivan handled the financial part of the sale efficiently and patiently. We are quite happy with the RAV4 purchase and we happily recommend Toyota of Southern MD.”

They are always so nice, professional, considerate of my time, and respectful. I remember a while back when i brought my car in for service Chris immediately asked for my husband because, normally he is the one who takes the cars in for service. So, I told him why my husband hasn't been in lately and I thanked him. I know it's a small detail but, to me is huge. They really value us as customers. “Every employee we dealt with from top to bottom was pleasant and easy to work with. So refreshing to have a dealer not trying to take advantage of the lack of inventory to charge us thousands of dollars over the MSRP like other dealers in the area. Advance has better ways to save mu h more on retail parts when using coupons for discounts than Auto Zone. I have saved so much more in cash shopping at Advance than Auto Zone”
