“This was our first experience buying a new car, and Tristian was patient and supportive throughout. I went back and forth quite a bit on pricing and payment options, and he genuinely tried his best to work out a deal that fit our needs.
Turnaround was slow, however. Each request required him to step into a back room for several minutes before returning with revised numbers, and even small changes repeated this cycle. At one point, additional staff from the back office became involved.
That said, the staff was generally polite and enthusiastic. I was even given the option to take my desired car home overnight for testing, which I appreciated. Several team members congratulated me toward the final stages of the deal. Ray, the finance officer, was also pleasant and explained everything clearly and in detail.
The office itself is orderly, well maintained, and inviting.
I would have given 5 stars if not for the long wait times during payment recalculations and the delay in delivery of some accessories. Overall, I do recommend this dealership.”

“Had what I needed and no one told me they they are "not a mechanic"(Angela from advance Lexington park, almost every time I went there for regular stocked parts). A refreshing trip to the past with a couple old guys who have manuals, computers, and can use them both. All I wanted was a rear main seal for a 2007 ram, that advance and AutoZone couldn't get or couldn't find in their computer so they didn't have it. I highly recommend them.”
