“I drove in late MondayCar was making a terrible vibrating noise when in motion. The manager out of courtesy for my safety… took the two minutes to simply see what was going on. He determined immediately some issues with bearing brakes and rotorsUpon further inspection showed me and let me know it could have been a week or two and my wheel may have come undone while drivingHe was able to get it in the following day. He communicated on everything needed and was forthcoming about the necessary work, at no point was I uncomfortable or felt oversold.I’ve read other reviews putting negative review on Granados safety and depending on anywhere you go at anytime these things happen.This is one instance I have nothing but positive feedback and am grateful they got my car in the following day and showed me everything was in good shape and most of all…it sounds and drives much better.Talk to TJ if you have concerns he was awesome.”
