My tax return was filed without the required documentation. The Tax dept had no way of reaching out to me because of the missing paperwork. I still don't know how to fix this after numerous phone calls to hr block.

I had filed my taxes yesterday and applied for the cash advanced. Apparently my application has not been sent through at all yet it has been two days. I paid for the cash advance for a reason I don’t understand what is going on for some reason they said that I was chosen out of a few people to get a second set of eyes to look at my application. I still haven’t got any notifications yet about my advance I am very disappointed, and I will not be returning if I don’t hear anything soon about my advance. . ???????

Not transparent or up front about costs. Charged fees when corrections required to fix missing information. I've done my own taxes every year until this one, when I ran into a situation requiring professional help.Charged excessive costs (e.g. $55 to make an interest earned entry) for simple forms. The people I interacted with were pleasant, but the overall process and costs were not customer oriented. I felt squeezed for dollars with nearly every interaction.
