Annmarie was amazing! I no longer fill my prescriptions at Walgreens and try to avoid going to Walgreens if possible but she was such a pleasant surprise. 10/10 amazing customer service and so helpful.

I usually go to Walmart for instant prints, but to save time and gas, I decided to stop by Walgreens—and I’m so glad I did! Andi was super friendly and directed me to the photo area. The machine was trying to download all the photos on my phone instead of letting me select just one. When I went back to Andi, she kindly let me know about the Walgreens app. The app was very user-friendly, and while I was using it, Dynisha came over and offered assistance. She patiently walked me through the final steps and even printed the image for me. Both ladies assisted me with a smile, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Their teamwork and excellent customer service truly stood out. I was so impressed that I made sure to ask for their names. Great job to this fabulous team!

extreamly unreliable. Pharmacy is frequntly closed and rx orders are not processed through alternate pharmacys. extremely dissapointing.

Manager Jade was very helpful, took care of my concerns quickly and professionally.
I had a bad experience with the manager working Dec 15th at 7pm who was quite The opposite.
However I appreciate the way Jade took care of the issue very kind and professionally.

It’s a shame they deny helping an instacart person find an item because it’s against there CONTRACT ! The girl was just standing at the cosmetic counter doing nothing and you mean to tell me she couldn’t take 2 seconds and help? I’m shopping for a CUSTOMER so if I can’t find something you’re telling me a knowledgeable employee isn’t aloud to help? Bologna The employees working all lacked customer service skills from the cosmetic person to the cashier to the shift leader

I had just gotten out of the hospital from being there a week. They prescribed me medication to keep me comfortable over the weekend until my follow-up in two days. The lack of communication from Dr. Shannon Douglas is astonishing and then once I initiated the conversation he told me he didn't think my script was real and had to verify it with prescribing doctor, but couldn't get a hold of anyone at the hospital. I had already been waiting 45 mins with no one explaining this. So I did his job for him, called the hospital, talked to my discharge nurse, and he refused to talk with her and needed doctor to call him. Doctor called him within 5 mins. Then he proceeded to make me wait an additional 45 mins, mind you I am in pain and nauseous at this point, to tell me he couldn't fill 2 of them and basically it wasn't his problem.
I absolutely hope you had the day you deserved! I will NEVER be back ,nor ever talk highly of Walgreens again. Good job Shannon Douglas, good job....NOT. I suggest you quit, because you have no good qualities to be a pharmacist nor in customer service.

I go to get a prescription filled there that my doctor put in and my insurance covered it and I go to pick it up pharmacy tech tells me it will be ready in 20 min so I tell her okay I have to get my daughter from day care and then I'll be back so I waste my gas go back and forth and get there again and the pharmacist tells me he has to call the doctor to give the ok to fill it. So I question him as to why there is no communication between him and his techs if that was the case and keep in mind it's 5 now by this point so doctors offices are closed he tells me to come back tomorrow and so my doctors calls them this morning to give him the okay and he tells her I'm not allowed back there because I was rude to him. Y'all are the ones who are rude all the time on the phone and everything not to mention I didn't curse at you once I wasn't rude I was simply starting the obvious that gad is to high right now for y'all to not be doing your job in communicating. Y'all's pharmacy is a joke but as for the store there good.

I liked this pharmacy until today. I went to urgent care for a uti. They sent my prescription over at 12:30. I went grocery shopping and went over an hour later. They said it would be ready at 3. No call or text so I called at 4:15. Still wasn’t ready. I called again at 6:45 they said it would be done in 5 minutes. My husband got there at 7:40 they still hadn’t started it. My husband stood there and watched them fill it in less than 5 minutes. I sat at home in pain all day while my issue got worse. Useless people. I’ll be switching pharmacies. Don’t go here.

The overall place isn’t bad I just haven’t had any luck getting shots on time ever even with nobody at the pharmacy. I get it’s a secondary job but don’t offer the times if you can’t do it.
