What a great experience. My son goes to Towson and we are from South Florida. We did not know of any repair facilities and they came highly recommended. Bob did not disappoint. He had the car towed and repaired with in 1 day. Very fair pricing and great service. I am in the insurance business and deal with repair shops daily. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an honest fair quality repair.

Coming from a family that had an honest and reputable automotive business, I can't recommend this place enough. They are upfront with pricing and don't beat around the bush. Please, don't hesitate to try out Adolph's Citgo! Trusted service, genuine people, and a friendly canine! Recently moved from PA to MD this past year and underwent the task to find all new service providers across the board. I fumbled across Adolph's Citgo when completing MD state inspection requirements for MDOT vehicle transfer, and I wasn't disappointed. They were able to work me into the schedule last minute both times I have taken my vehicle to Adolph's Citgo for services. During my most recent visit, my concern was brakes. They were shaking severely when stopping/slowing on the highway. Again, the team worked with my schedule to accommodate this need with only a day's notice. Upon inspection, the technicians found that my routers we extremely rusted and brake pads worn. Bob clearly described the "issue" and options for resolution based on quality, short term vs. long term planning, time, and expense. With his honest and accurate assessment, I was able to make the best decision for my needs; replacing the routers and brake pads. As I was waiting for my car, he offered suggestions of places near by to explore, stretch my legs, shop, and eat while I waited. Even though this service was not "cheap," I was thrilled to feel the difference in my car driving home; smooth stops and ride, and NO shaking when braking at ANY speed. I feel much safer and confident in the vehicle's longevity and performance after this much needed maintenance. This will make routinely long drives much more comfortable. After arriving home, I called the shop to express gratitude to Bob and his crew for the stellar work they performed and their friendly care and support for me. I can now say, this auto shop is my "go-to" in Maryland.Services: Brakes
