I stopped here recently needing oil about a minute before closing and the staff was very kind and helpful even though it was the end of their day.

I get in there asking for a battery for my HONDA—i ask him, “do you guys put in the battery” he asks, “is it easy to get out?” — now how would i know if its easy does it look like i take CAR batteries out for fun? — he comes out and looks and SOMEHOW despite being an AUTO shop, he says he has all the tools but one, so he sends me next door to NTB, they said come BACK to autozone for a battery that was $145, the sales manager @ this location showed me batteries for a HONDA TOURING, i have a HONDA HRV. Did he think I was dumb? Then shows me batteries that dont even match the voltage for my vehicle because it was the WRONG MODEL, what a useless manager in a useless store.

Replace car batteries on the spot. I have used them and taken relatives there for batteries. They are so helpful.

Cool place guys are nice and friendly and helpful most of all. If they don't have it in stock then they can get it pretty quickly mostly in a day, check it out next time you need something for your car! ??? ???️???

6/15/23 at 9:09I called about a Part ant the gentleman that answered the phone was rude like he dint want to do his job , he told be they have multiple do not no if we have that particular one ! I asked the gentleman can he check the computer for the part and the gentleman stated we close at 9 and hung up. He was very professional !!

Tried to return a license plate mounting adapter with a tear in the thinly wrapped plastic packaging. It was obviously not missing parts (its a plastic plate and 4 visible screws). The tear occurred while transporting it home with other items in the bag. Anyway, the clerk denied my return and stated "it's policy". He then asked me if I'd buy it if I saw it on the shelf. I immediately said "yes, of course!" if I needed it. He told me "I don't believe you" Wow, what a rude employee! I told him that I don't have use for it and put it in the trash can next to the register. A PERFECTLY fine, saleable product. Advance Auto, you are needlessly contributing to filling the landfills with such a ridiculous no exception policy. I'll order from Amazon or try another local store in the future.

I asked for help finding a trim refinisher and neither person would help me. They suggested replacing it! I walked around by myself and found what I asked about. Unfortunately I will not give them more business.

Came in today and received kind service from Ray. After that Kyle helped me & was able to take care of my install. He was extremely courteous, nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store for your parts needs. Another gentleman there was also very kind and they were willing to answer my questions. Thanks guys job well done!!

My auto mechanic removed my battery and found it had leaked battery acid all over the battery compartment. I went to Advanced Auto, the Ridgely & York location, to return it. I had the receipt, and one month left on the warranty. Their hand-held tested said it couldn't tell if I the battery was good, and to charge it. I returned the next day. Store manager said that the tester indicated that the battery was "good" and couldn't do anything, despite the battery leaking. Called corporate consumer service; they wanted a paper printout of the battery's condition. Store manager said (on my third trip there!) that they don't have such a device. What a run-around. I gave up. Don't waste your money--Advance auto will do anything to get out of having to honor a warranty.

Myself, my Family go to AutoZone for virtually anything and everything we need for either of our vehicles. They are extremely helpful and literally go out of there way to assist us. Highly recommend AUTOZONE STORE. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED/WANT FOR YOUR CAR. THE PRICES ARE VERY AGREEABLE AND FARE. WE APPRECIATE AUTOZONE A GREAT DEAL.
