I can not speak to the other locations but this place puts the customer in customer service. I had a complicated windshield replacement, insurance-wise, and they went above and beyond handling EVERYTHING for me. They were so easy to work with and I felt heard and cared about as a human (unlike working with Safelite). They have an all hours key/car drop off and my car was ready by mid day the next day. I send everyone I know here now! (Plus, it's right next to a Goodwill, which is fun to poke around if you are waiting for a ride.) 10/10 for these folks!

If I could give zero stars I would! This place clearly doesn’t want my business and that’s fine with me. I shouldn’t have to keep calling to follow up on the status of material search and estimate.Terrible customer service!! I have a small section of torn leather on the side of my driver’s seat. The material on the side of the seat is more of a fake vinyl leather so not as easy to match. Dealer can’t repair it and suggested I try Automotive Concepts.• I stopped by on my day off in late July (7/27) to see if they could take a look and let me know it they can repair it. I had 2 guys look at it and said “no problem we’ll have our assistant see if she can match the leather.” The female assistant runs the front desk. She came out to compare her leather swatches to the seat. Because of the material type, she didn’t have anything that would be a good match and she wanted to reach out to the dealer and a supplier to see if she could find something. She told me to give her a couple days.• I started a new job the following week, so I was super busy. Called back two weeks later on 8/9 and the lady was out sick and had been out of the office for a couple days. I was told she would be back the next day. I left a message for her to call me. She never called.• I called back on 8/11 and the lady was still off sick, but I spoke to the manager. He was able to look at the notes which indicated the lady hadn’t done much “research” since I stopped in other than confirm with dealer parts dept that material cannot be ordered. Manager left the lady another message to call me.• Another two weeks goes by with no return call. I call back again on 8/25 and someone tells me the lady is tied up on the phone and they will have her call me back. No return call.• Called again 8/29 and finally speak to her. Had to explain who I was and my. situation again as she didn’t remember right away and told her I had left many messages. No apology. When she finally recalled who I was, she looked up my info and informed me about the dealer not having material and her needing to email a supplier. I told her “I thought you were doing that 5 weeks ago?” She told me she would call me once she heard back from the supplier.• Never heard from this woman again. 7 weeks have gone by with no return call. It’s been 12 weeks since I stopped in for an estimate. These people do not run an organized business and they lost my business. I am too busy to keep calling this chick to follow up. If they can’t find material then just tell me! Don’t leave me hanging for 3 months! Now I will need to start my search for someone else to fix this issue. Don’t use this company! Save yourself the headache!!

I had a windsheild replaced on my motorhome in 2017. I had a number of issues with the windshield leaking. The last issue they blamed the windshield glass. The motor home sat at there shop for 3 weeks without any updates on the windshield repair. We finally after waiting for 3 weeks took the motorhome to another windshield repair shop. They replaced the windshield and told us the we were lucky to make to there shop because the windshield was ready to fall off the motor home. They also said that the windshield was not bad but the installation was questionable. This is after 3 weeks of sitting on automotive concepts parking lot. This tells me that they did not fully inspect the windshield. I will never use automotive concepts again for putting a windsheild on any of my vehicles.

Tech person never returns calls. Had tablets installed in back seat of car & never properly worked, and now wants to charge $400 to remove!! ??♀️

We bought a car from a dealership and they sent it out to automotive concepts to add a hitch and electrical for breaks. Months later when we went to use the hitch we discovered the wiring was wrong. Through investigation we found out the electrical was NOT done by automotive concepts but the dealership instead. But the GM John helped fight this for us and get it right. He went above and beyond to get it all taken care of and no additional cost or stress to us. He was amazing and got us taken care of right away! I couldnt ask for a better customer service experience and will be sure to return for any future needs!Service: Installation

Bob the owner is EXTREMELY rude. I went in for an estimate only to be spoken to through his receptionist in a very condescending manner. I clearly could hear what he was saying in his office. I called back to speak to him directly to address my concerns, and he hung up on me. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Only giving a 4 star because it took 3 hours when I was told 1 which made me have to Uber to an appointment and back. When you're already spending money because of a thief, you literally don't want to spend anymore unnecessary money. Overall it was easy and they got me in within 10 min of my call.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE! First time customer and I am now a loyal customer. I came by for a quote to reseal my back windshield on my S4. I was immediately greeted and helped even though I did not have an appointment. The tech and the receptionist were extremely friendly and took the time to inspect the issue. The technician fit me into their full book of appointments since it was a road hazard to continue driving with a loosened back windshield which really impressed me! He even came out to explain to me what he found when he removed the back windshield and made sure I understood the root cause of the problem (faulty back windshield replacement from car’s previous owner). The wait was not ridiculous and I felt so grateful they recognized the sensitivity of getting it fixed so that I could get back on the road and on with my life. Overall I was HIGHLY impressed and had been recommended from another one of their customers (no surprise there). They will make the time for you and go the extra mile which is a rarity in customer service these days. Thank you SO much for all your help Ron & Jennifer - you guys are the best of the best!
