I highly recommend AutoNation Chevrolet Timonium for all of your new Chevrolet or used car needs. As a Corvette enthusiast, I recently purchased a new Corvette from AutoNation and the experience could not have been better. I traded in a Corvette that I had also purchased new from AutoNation in 2015 (also a great buying experience). I was given a value for my trade that was more than fair, as was the agreed upon price for the new replacement. Both James (sales manager) and Joshua (sales associate) were very easy to negotiate with and were accommodating to my needs to make the deal happen. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of, and I feel all parties were happy with the final terms of the sale. Overall a very comfortable buying experience. I would not hesitate to send friends and family to AutoNation for their next automobile purchase and am confident that they would be treated fairly. I expect to continue my relationship with AutoNation when the time comes for my next upgrade. Thank you AutoNation Chevrolet Timonium!

I wanted to say thank you for Nicole, had been looking for a spot to where I could get my car checked to see what was going on. Was able to get an appointment the next day (which was 3/14/24). Safe was friendly and nice went I went and I was able to find out what was wrong with my car. A little sad now that I gotta let it go but had a good run with it. Thanks again Nicole for taking a look at my car.

I just had the same bad experience reported by others to the lack of respect to possibly buyer in this dealer. They just care about how fast they can get money in. I was in the middle of conversations and negotiations (credit ran and approved) to get a lower finance rate when suddenly, and with an agreement to move forward, they communicated to me (after calling, emailing and texting in multiple occasions) that the car was sold to someone else three days ago (meaning they were making negotiations with me) in a car already sold. They are not trust worthy and gave no respect to customers in middle of negotiations of a $77,000 dollar car. They are far from providing a great buying experience and will not recommend this dealer to anyone. Go somewhere else where clients are treated with respect and you can trust on what they are saying to you.

Our salesman was great to work with - Xzavier! After an extended wait to see the finance person, Jasmina, She was great also! Kept apologizing for the long wait. From there it went down-hill. Based on subsequent experiences mostly involving a second key-fob (which I am now forced to pay for because someone on their staff lost it) we will most likely not visit this dealership again. Sad, my Dad worked for General Motors for over 30 years. He would be so disappointed in the treatment by one of their Dealers.

Went to trade my car in and purchase a new car, and my salesperson Joshua was awesome! I wasn’t sure I wanted a Chevrolet Trailblazer when I went in, but because of the excellent customer service I got I ended up making the purchase. The finance department also got me a fair interest rate which was greatly appreciated!

Service scheduled to accomplish air bag recall. Dealer also performed normal engine/transmission service and brake lining replacement. Customer asked personnel to investigate reason for constant warning light display of "Traction Control" and "StabiliTrack Not Working". On check-out, service rep stated those issues were result of air bag recall matter and that warnings would not continue. However, owner notes that those warnings continue to be displayed. Apparently, no service personnel performed any investigation.

Thank you so much London for your great service he’s the only one who actually talked to me and treated me like a person while the white guys wont even lean up in their seats to acknowledge you. I soon discovered water dripping into my car when it rains and there is nothing they can do I haven’t even had the car a month yet and it’s already costing me money to get fixed as if there was any way for me to tell that water would leak from the roof when it rains. The real question how did it sit on the lot through rain and snow and no one notice? Or just decided to cover it up and sell the car without care to the people driving with their family inside!!!And to top it all off the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. Ive only had the car for 2 weeks. So I was sold trash!

The sales experience was terrible. I was not told about any feature that came on the truck and when asked a question the salesman would say "I dunno but I think so." I only wanted adaptive cruise control and was told it was standard, turns out it doesn't have it.The entire event from beginning to end was terrible! My wife and I walked out halfway through and the manager chased us down. He offered us free gas and a spray-in liner to come back.I asked one thing from the dealership, do NOT let a lot person touch my truck! They assured me that my truck would not be washed and guess what? After the purchase, they sent it to the back to be washed and they ruined the paint that will cost me 100s to repair!We now know why they have the JD Power award, the manager tried to bribe us for a positive 10-star review.
