Worst bank experience I've ever had. The lines were terribly long and they were purposely making people wait. They don't have the bills I wanted. And the manager was terrible and nasty to customers. As if she didn't care about our experience. Manager name I.B. Osoh

Unbelievable… spent 45 min in the waiting area for someone to help me. Several people came and ask if I need a help and I said Yes I need help… after another 30 min of waiting time the clerk came to me and said that I need to call the bank or they can schedule for me to come another day. And this is for the owner of 5 business accounts with Bank of America. Unbelievable… the poorest service I had ever received in my life. And this is not the first time. Lost about $90k in fraud and got ZERO help from Bank of America. Think if you want to open BOA account at this location… never had a problem at Chase bank right across the street.

Great branch. Clea Villaflores took care of all our needs and satisfaction with multiple account changes. I would trust her with my own mother's banking because that's exactly what we I did this visit. Clea took care of everything my mother needed done!!!

The Branch manager and staff were punctual, professional and courteous. My objectives were accomplished in minutes and successful. The Branch manager, Ms. Sushma was extraordinary in helping my needs. She is the best manager I have experienced in my banking career.

While waiting in a long line for a simple check deposit, I read Yelp reviews about this location that were most unflattering and also hilariously unflattering. Within minutes of my arrival, Sonja (Sondra?) plucked me right out of the line and offered to help me at a free standing station. She had my deposit completed within seconds. And, she was extremely personable, engaging and showed a razzle dazzle smile!

Wonderful experience. I went on a Saturday with rolls of coins and to deposit a check. The rep. at the counter, Dawn, was friendly and efficient. There were various employees helping people. I rarely go into a bank anymore, but I'm glad I chose this one.

Nice staff...however line moves extremely slow...you will be atleast 10min cashing your check. Also...the soliciting is CRAZY. I understand offering an acct but for the entire 10min they will try to convince you even if u give a firm solid HELL NAH??♀️

Went today with an pressing issue involving the issue of security. The employee who assisted was empathetic and kind, offering reassurance that the situation would improve. Bank was also clean and comfortable. Wait time was decent.

Never shorter than 35 minute wait For simple transactions. Always a bunch of staff walking around looking important but not able to help. Rude teller.I’ve pulled all Stock investments from Bank of America a year ago. I’ve since closed two accounts and will now be closing two business accounts and a personal account within two weeks. I can’t wait to have all ties cut with this awful place

Omg I never expect to do this but I just trying to catch the manager attention here, since they changed manager here this place became extremely ridiculous, wait line are horrible just trying to get some change shouldn’t take 30 minutes wait for it, a lot of staff just walking around they don’t even pay attention to this long line and mad people because the long wait, I feel bad for Harris & whoever is on the front taking care of this long line sometimes they has to deal with a lot of people mad people! Manager needs to keep eyes on everything I’m sure you are there to make this place better if you have to help to move this long line you should ! you need to keep customers happy that’s your job! I go to this location 3 times a week because it’s the most close location for our business I have no choice!.
