Bought a range, washer, dryer, and fridge. Being over 60 and living in an old farmhouse, paid for installation. Company contracted by Lowes is XPO Logistics. While Lowe's people were great, XPO Logistics delivery team was terrible. From the moment they arrived and saw the house wasn't new (some narrow doorways), the 'We can't ______" and "It won't fit" started as if they simply wanted to leave the appliances in the yard and get out of here. They didn't have proper documentation showing I'd purchased haul away service for the old appliances, they didn't have documentation I'd bought a power cord for the range, they left trash in the yard, they didn't remove plastic coverings, and the list goes on and on. We love our contractors including electrician, plumber, tree people, roofers, etc. including feeding, tipping, writing great reviews but XPO Logistics has terrible policies according to Lowes and the delivery people that result in customers being extremely dissatisfied. Check out "XPO Logistics Baltimore" on Google and look at all the one star reviews - and that's because you can't leave zero stars.

The place is clean and well organized. The front end staff are friendly and treat my dog well. Unfortunately you can never find help that works in the area you want. It is pretty sad really. Self checkouts and no associates on the floor. If you need any help don't bother going here. Nobody wants to really help or get anyone else to help. I gotta stop doing this. Theystarted at a 3 went to a 2 and are now a 1. I may have issues with the the other big box hardware store, but I never have trouble finding help.

I bought a brand new refrigerator from here. It was delivered to me and it was making a loud whirring noise and it was not staying cold inside. I called the store and the sales rep was nice but Lowe’s policy is horrible. The store did not have any other of the same model in the store. The only way for the store to send me a new refrigerator since I called inside 48 hours of delivery was for me to buy a new refrigerator and Lowe’s will refund me for the bad refrigerator once it is taken back to the store and the manager inspects it. I won’t receive the new refrigerator from the warehouse for another week. I asked if any other stores had refrigerators, and I was told possibly but I would still have to pay for it. Pretty frustrating and I don’t know that I’ll buy another appliance from Lowe’s in the future.

It hurts your feelings when the store that you are a fan of gives you a bad experience.Started to load two pieces of lumber onto a cart, scraped my hand so I decided to scan the barcodes go up front prepay and get some assistance to finish loading.I prepay for the lumber and then I walked back to wait by my car for some assistance and my car with my lumber is gone. Less than 5 minutes to get back. Why the rush to put my lumber back on the shelf and take the empty cart when there were so many empty carts already available?I just refunded my purchase and when I have more time I'll come back to cockeysville and go over to home Depot.

Overall, the staff does a great job at the Timonium Lowe's. Typically, pricing is very good. Current inventory that is sometimes showing online is different than what is actually in the store. I love shopping at Lowe's. :-)

Needed hot water heater . Art helped me out in all of my my needs. Showing me the best way to approach my problems. Emma & Victoria were extremely helpful on an issue that happened. I think this is the best store in md. Stocked well clean associates were helpful

Shout out to asst store manager Hosan(forgive spelling) at Loews - Texas Station. Had a problem with an appliance delivery. Hosan listened carefully without interruption and efficiently suggested a solution with a small accommodation. Atta boy to this manager at loews Texas Station. He proved to me he cares. I had a fantastic experience purchasing a refrigerator in a pinch here on 6/24. The staff was friendly, attentive and engaging and got me squared away with looking up what was in stock and ordered for delivery (and haul away of my old fridge) this week quite quickly. I also shopped for the same item at Home Depot and Brays and found that neither of them had appliances in stock that could be delivered within 3 days. I will definitely use this store for future appliance purchases! Thanks Lowe's!

Very pleasant staff overall and their knowledge and availability is variable as with any Lowes or Home Depot based on day and time. I find most experienced staff are main business day weekdays

Lowes delivered a damaged laundry unit to us. We have been requesting a return for multiple days now and their delivery drivers never show. When we reach out to find out what’s going on the store associates have no explanation and the manager refuses to speak with us.This will be my last purchase with Lowes.

Great gardens with a nice variety of plants and at very good prices. The staff was very helpful and went out of the way to help me find what I was looking for. Would highly recommend. I went to the Timonium location.

Huge, clean store. Can literally get lost in here due to the large space of the location. Store always has plenty of stock.Employees are friendly and willing to help.Everything is here from cleaning products to lawn care. You can even purchase needs for your dryer here.
