Woman at the pick up counter is incredibly rude. Also would be nice if there was anything online saying that you cannot pick up a TV over a certain size if you're driving a sedan, irregardless of if it fits

Incredibly disorganized location with lots of staff yet none of them are attending to customers- and not receptive customer service. Placed an order online and expected to go to the pickup station. After not being waited on and seeing no employees at the pickup center, I ended up having to wait in the regular checkout line. If I wanted to wait in the regular checkout line, I wouldn't have ordered my item two days ahead of time. Overall awful location and do not recommend.

I'd give a 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend, bad customer service especially in the tv department. Will not be stopping by or ordering.

Made an appointment to have a battery replaced in a phone. Went back later to pick it up only to find out that the person who does that service wasn't in that day but if I brought it back the next day and dropped it off they could service it which is what I did. Came back at 4pm and was told that that person had been sent to another store. Neither day did they think to contact me and let me know what was going on. Needless to say I will never step foot in that store again.

This place is an absolute dump. Customer service is horrible. They have NO INVENTORY. This area and store used to be nice. I'm not sure what's happened but highly recommend that you don't waste your time here. Horrible experience. Sad.

Terrible customer service. Even provided them with the make and model of my Laptop and was still given the wrong product. Avoid this dump at all costs.

I ordered a fridge that was delivered today. They got the fridge in my kitchen but the water doesn't work in the fridge. It works to the fridge but not in the fridge. I waited in hold for 35 minutes for the person to tell me that I had to call back tomorrow. The initial person said they would have to send a repair person out the other one said they would have to replace it. Very inconsistent and terrible that I have to wait to figure out what Best Buy is going to do with the fridge that they delivered which was defective upon arrival.

The issue with this Best Buy isn't with pricing or value. I can usually count on getting a good or fair deal. However, their delivery folks are careless and outright reckless. Unless you can haul the item yourself, you will undoubtedly regret paying them for delivery/removal service. I purchased a stackable washer & dryer set from them recently. Paid for the delivery/removal/installation option. They no show/no called the first attempt at delivery. Half day of pay gone. They no show/no called the second time. Another half day of pay gone. I found out then that it was because they badly damaged the units in transit. So they subbed in different units for my inconvenience. They actually showed up for delivery attempt number 3. However, this new pair of appliances were damaged even worse than last time. Someone had obviously plowed into the side of the washer with small pallet jack or lift... possibly thinking it was on a pallet. And the dryer had a 6 inch round hole in the back. I sent it back and decided it was time to move on. ANOTHER HALF DAY OF PAY GONE TOO! No one was genuinely helpful, as I had to advocate for myself along the way with Geek Squad reps, store reps, and managers to be made whole. It was frustrating to have to re-explain myself over and over between the 7 or 8 different parties that were involved in the many phases of this fiasco. I also canceled another pending washer dryer order for a different office that was set to occur on 11/21. I'd rather do business elsewhere and not have my time wasted because their local delivery teams are unprofessional and reckless. If you enjoy having your time wasted and your appliances damaged on the way, then Best Buy is your ticket. You may get a deal, but you'll lose your mind trying to make yourself whole after their delivery people damage the item(s). Home Depot is actually quite competitive and on par with Best Buy. Lowes is too. Do business ANYWHERE else but at Best Buy in the Baltimore area.

Wow! Feeling totally stung by a visit to Best Buy! My husband and I went to the Lutherville Best Buy to return a Go Pro camera he got me for Christmas. We've only used it a couple of times since the present was opened, and the last time we did, it shut down due to overheating after about 20 minutes of use. The young lady at the Customer Service desk was so unpleasant that I plan to stop supporting this business. I'm sad to have to write this because I have had very helpful and professional interactions with the floor staff in the past, and this business was in my list of businesses to support. However, given that electronics occasionally need to be returned, I'd take pains to avoid interacting with the staff at this Customer Service desk ever again. So, buy your computer gear at the MicroCenter in Parkville, your appliances at Lowe's and your big screens somewhere else.

We purchased a laptop... They told us was in stock... After making the purchase they said we won't get it until a week... After hours on the phone and driving 10 miles out of the way we have our laptop... Thanks best buy deceptive business practices....

I was looking for 2 devices and saw that this Best Buy location had them available same day! Mind you it was a little after 8pm when I submitted the order online and they close at 9 so I was skeptical it would be same day but figure early the next morning was still faster then prime so I'd be winning either way. Well I got a message at less than 15 minutes later that the order was ready for pickup. So I dashed out the door hoping to make it before they closed. I pulled up with a few minutes to spare and being lazy and half in pj's (don't judge me!) I hit the button for curbside. It quoted me 4 minutes wait and in maybe two a smiling cheerful gentleman was at my passenger window (as requested) with my items. Now if that's not great service I don't know what is!! Very happy with this location and will be back for future needs.

The store was fine when purchasing a washer & dryer. I received a message saying that a 3rd party would be delivering between 7am-1pm. It is now 1:15 pm & I don't have my washer & dryer or a message telling me they were going to be late. I am not happy. Will think twice about buying from Best Buy again.

The store was clean and the staff was helpful. I entered and was able to quickly find an employee to to ask where the item I was looking for was. Even though it was a small, simple item, the employee took the time to explain all the options and give me his opinion. He also answered all my questions, it was kind.
