I had to get my 1 year old bloodwork to check her lead level and was so concerned about it after having a bad experience (somewhere else) with my first child. We scheduled an appointment, were seen right away and had two phlebotomists help us. It was the BEST experience, they were both so helpful and patient with us. We used the buzzy bee vibrating ice pack to help and my 1 year old DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE the needle and bloodwork. No crying. Didn't even flinch. It was AMAZING. I believe the phlebotomist's name was Kristin and she's only there one day a month. Ask for her if your children need bloodwork!

I had an experience of exceptional customer care both times I visited. I especially was impressed with how one particular Quest employee handled things. Her name was Cornett; I believe. She was incredibly polite, helpful and professional, as well as kind. I will recommend Quest to my network! Thank you!

Very unprofessional. Unclear instructions followed by an attitude when I had additional questions. Spent an hour at this location before going down the road to a different quest where I was in and out in 5 minutes. This location needs to clean house and start over

Check in was quick and easy to do. By the time I completed my check in I was called by the technician who was going to take my blood sample. The technician taking my blood did an excellent and painless job of taking my blood sample. Since we live less than 1 mile from this location our travel time to and from the Quest location was less than 1 minute in each direction. Since my appointment was the first of the day, there were many empty parking spaces open for my use.

I’ve been here twice and both times were great. Ray, the phlebotomist on my most recent visit was wonderful, so sweet. All of the staff I’ve encountered were really nice. Online appointments and online check in makes everything easy. I have been seen right away both visits. I’ll keep coming back to this quest location even if it isn’t my closest!

This place sucks. Completely unprofessional. The workers look and act like they dont care. I had an appointment that I made and when I got there they had a paper on the door saying they had to close early. No email was sent or anything i wasted $25 to get to my appointment for no reason and mind you it was for a drug screening for a job. Went back again and they had me in a empty waiting room for over 45 minutes. Eventually somebody came and looked and told them that I was in the waiting room..

I scheduled an appointment for today at 3:20. Arrived and checked in at 3:15. The other person with a 3:20 appointment went back. At 3:28, worker came out to tell us they couldn’t take anyone else because the closer didn’t show up. They are now closing at 3:30 instead of 4. I don’t know how they didn’t know the closer wouldn’t show up for the last half hour because I’m sure they wouldn’t come in at 3:30 for only a half hour. I was forced to leave without an appointment, when it would have taken 5 minutes. I would have appreciated a phone call earlier because I would have come earlier in the day.

I just had my blood drawn by Ms Octavia today. My experience was pain free. From the moment I walked in Ms Octavia was friendly and helpful. You could tell she loved her job. She was ready to help me in a very professional manner. I was taken within 5 minutes. My visit was 14 minutes. This was not the first time I had the pleasure of meeting Octavia. She has helped me in the past also and was always wonderful. I hope she is around for my next visit also. Thank you, Octavia!! You are the best!!!

You would be better off passing away from whatever you came there for than coming here. WORST MEDICAL OFFICE I HAVE BEEN IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I literally left here in tears. I was in so much pain and just needed a test to confirm my diagnosis so I could go home and rest. There was an issue with the doctors test order and my visit. After an hour I tried to knock twice to see if they received it. No answer. I was there for almost 2 hours. The woman came out, saw me crying and said I should just go to patient first if I want a faster response, without even checking if they got the order yet. I was the only one in the waiting room for over 20 mins, nobody said anything to me they just where in the office talking to each other. I called my doctor made sure they sent the order ANYWHERE else than there and just left. You would get better healthcare treatment in hell. Avoid this location at all costs.
