I’ve been a member of Vitamin Shoppe for years now. I’ve been to this particular location two days in a row with no one greeting me. The only time I was acknowledged was when I had a product in my hand (vitamin D tablets) and walked towards items that are stocked near the door, to grab another item to purchase. A woman with red hair rushed from behind the counter to ask if I needed help. The way she approached me was forceful as if she thought I was going to steal (in broad daylight, with bright clothes on, and my work i.d. badge on). That situation made me very uncomfortable. The next day when I purchased a different item, she mumbled something under her breath as she rang me up. I was nothing but kind, despite everything that took place. Please refresh your employees on Diversity Training as well as Customer Service (greeting, upselling, etc). Also, please reconsider stocking items by the door if employees are going to act in this manner.

Staff did not greet me at all. I was in store looking for supplement. Employee walked right past me and still did not acknowledge me. It wasn't until I asked him if he carried something specific I saw on their website did he somewhat help me. They didn't have what I was looking for and he didn't make any suggestions or ask me any questions. Definitely felt like I was a bother. Once I got to the register, I stood there for 5 minutes before the women (at the counter looking down) took notice I had been standing there. She was apologetic and polite about it. Finished purchasing items and asked if I could have a bag (as she placed my items on the counter) and she said it would be 50 cents for a bag. That really irritated me because I paid with my card and had no cash on me. I was not about to charge 50 cents to my card after the fact. So, my final thoughts are as follows: do your own research, know what u are looking for, have a backup plan just incase they don't have product, don't expect too much help, and bring your own bag or at least have change with u to purchase a bag.

Drive 20 minutes to this location for the store to be closed at 1130 Sunday. Online and the store window said 10 AM opened

I come to this store often. Normally in the afternoon and I have no issues but lately when I come in the morning they are never open on time . It’s 24 minutes past their opening time and the store is closed.

The service is always good and helpful. The people there are always pleasant and the store has so many things that are difficult to find elsewhere.

Went here for first time to pick up supplements. I called first & they held it for me, which I truly appreciated. They greeted me as soon as I entered store & waited on me immediately. I'll definitely be back.

They no longer provide you with a bag, but, you can buy one. You cant make this stuff up
