She really works hard to make her store feel accepting and fun! It’s a great very needed Jewish small business in Baltimore that the whole community loves! I hear nothing but good things and is one of our favorites! If I ever had a problem with an item they would always try to help me the best they can and if they couldn’t they would explain it very nicely and politely. Great customer service. 100% recommend. “AMAZING!!! I initially wanted to shop online and pickup but I decided to call before going in I went in for last minute vacation clothes for my son. John Cash waited for me to arrive and had already had what we discussed over the phone on the counter and even had options for me to choose from , & offered for me to call him if I had any issues. His customer service is amazing and the clothing quality is excellent! I had a small discrepancy with one of the shirts being too small and he communicated with me the entire time offering me an exchange! I will continue spending my money with CASHLAND! “There is only one reason to come here, the body scrub/massage package!! The first time I came here a couple years ago, I was bored and didn't see the point of coming back, I wanted a massage for my birthday and thought I would try another body scrub, as I had one years ago at a different Korean spa. I soaked in the hot tub for a half an hour, as other reviewers recommended, the body scrub was a half hour followed by a deep tissue massage. You have a towel covering your face and man junk, so there is no need to feel uncomfortable about being exposed. I would describe the body scrub as very precise and professional. The massage was great too, and wasn't a rub down, but more deep tissue pressure points, he even added those suction cups that you see athletes use, on tense muscles areas. Afterwards, he washes and rinses you off, I felt like a king! I highly recommend!! Make sure to bring cash for a tip, as you can't add a tip using a credit card.”
