“The Detailing Duo of Jason & Jen did a fantastic job on our new to us X5. The paint was in worse condition than I had originally thought when purchasing at the dealer. It was only when we saw it in the bright sunlight did I see just how bad it was. Jason recommended a full stage two paint correction followed by a ceramic coating. I also wanted the interior rejuvenated. After Jason started on the car, he advised that the interior was not all that bad and refunded that part of the project. That's honesty for you! I was kept in the loop the whole time they worked on the car and communication was excellent. I did not know anything about What in Detail Nation and found them through a Google search of detailers in my area and am glad I did! Frankly, it was their website that sold me. I figured if the website was that good and comprehensive, imagine what their work will look like. The X5 turned out spectacular and looks finer than a new car. Honesty, integrity, professionalism and communication is the winning formula for this Detailing Duo. We will be seeing each other for many years to come. Thank you Jason and Jen!”

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of hidden fees, and they also did not match the CarMax trade-in price, even though it was promised to me before I arrived at the dealership. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. As I mentioned, the people were nice—Roman, the salesman, and Jackson from accounting were amazing. There was also a customer service manager who was kind enough to share his contact information with me in case I had any questions or issues with the car.
If you see attractive car prices, don’t get tricked like I did. There is a certification fee of $1,800, and they do not waive it. When I told them I didn’t need any certification or additional warranty, they said the work had already been done on the car, so they could not remove or reduce the fee.
Additionally, before coming to this dealership, I told them I had an approved quote from CarMax and asked if they would match it. They said yes. However, when I arrived, they offered $1,000 less, saying that CarMax does not account for sales tax.
Overall, just be mindful of these items before coming to this dealership.”

I can’t say enough great things about Beck’s Autobody! Kenny and Cindy Beck always go above and beyond, no matter how big or small the job. Most recently, they replaced my side-view mirror, and just like every other time I’ve brought my vehicle to them, they did an amazing job. Not only was the work done perfectly and on time, but they also made sure my car looked immaculate all over. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart.

“I was referred to them by my neighbors. They looked over my vehicle and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable for the work I needed done to my car. Unfortunately it was not an easy fix that we could afford. The owner went out of his way to get us a buyer for the vehicle and set up and mediate the sale for us. He went above and beyond for me which is honestly not heard of much now a days. If you looking for an honest mechanic I recommend Auto ER. They have my business for sure.”
