We moved to the area about five years ago but only discovered the High's when I think they started some remodeling. My kids like their pizza and enjoy the chicken. It is so convenient to our location that driving ten minutes for ice cream that is tasty is a bonus. The staff are very friendly. They want to be sure to keep friendly staff and hire staff that will keep the atmosphere friendly. There were two young men working there one day and it wasn't the same. Most of the time the gas pumps are easy to get around. We like their rewards program too.

Just about every time I go to this Highs the pumps don’t work or require me to pay inside. It’s been this way for over 2 years.

We love this High's store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They will even go out of their way to prepare tartar sauce for you when they run out! Grace always has a smile even though I always ask her to make me a fish sandwich on the fly. Shaun is the best manager I have seen in a very long time. He and his crew are always happy, friendly, and eager to make your experience there great. I love the people here most cause they show how every business should work as a team. And appreciation goes a long way ! I want them to know I will always go out of my way to stop at High's #23! Thank you so much!

High's promised to fix the gas pumps months ago to provide receipts at the pump instead of forcing us to go inside the store. Can you explain this management? This is poor customer service.
