We love this High's store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They will even go out of their way to prepare tartar sauce for you when they run out! Grace always has a smile even though I always ask her to make me a fish sandwich on the fly. Shaun is the best manager I have seen in a very long time. He and his crew are always happy, friendly, and eager to make your experience there great. I love the people here most cause they show how every business should work as a team. And appreciation goes a long way ! I want them to know I will always go out of my way to stop at High's #23! Thank you so much!

High's promised to fix the gas pumps months ago to provide receipts at the pump instead of forcing us to go inside the store. Can you explain this management? This is poor customer service.

Please explain to us why your current gas prices are 17 cents a gallon HIGHER for 87 than those less than 2 miles north in PA when the PA gas tax is considerably higher than that in MD?

Please fix your gas pumps so I don’t have to go into the store to get a receipt! Your counter people tell me it’s always a paper jam. Baloney. Are they lying?Update: Since I left this review, nothing has changed. We are still unable to get a receipt. I am guessing the store personnel are too lazy to change the paper. Regardless, Highs has ignored a simple request. Shame on you.

I give 5 stars cause the chicken is on point. I mean it's the best around. However ya sides needs some help especially that Mac n cheese. No taste. Cheese runny like water and cold. Thicken that cheese up and serve it hot and you'll have something
