We purchased a hot tub the summer of 2022 and have relied on North Carroll Pool & Spa for service and water testing. It is nice to go into the store for help, and when we needed help on-site, Ben was there with outstanding service! I will miss Ron although it is great to know the store is in good hands with its new ownership.

Last year we were in need of a new pool service. Ben and his team responded immediately. They are quick, courteous and knowledgeable. We are very happy we found them and highly recommend them!

What would you do?..........Last year we had a hose blow out on our pool, we went to the local pool store to buy a replacement hose. I had to go back not once, not twice, but three times in the same day because the damn hoses I was being sold all had holes in them.Jump up to this year, my husband went to same local pool store to get a replacement hose.This is last week y'all. Look outside yesterday and the same hose is leaking. My husband took it off, looked at it, and where the clamps were put on, again there were holes. So he goes back up to pool store to return said hose and was told...you can't return it because you could have had the clamps on too tight. Now when you are putting a hose on a pool that is filled with water, wouldn't you think there would be a bit of water pressure on that hose. Therefore, the clamps need to be tight. Plus, the piece that the hose clamps to only allows it to be tightened so much. You would think the hoses would be made to withstand the pressure of the tightened clamp, isn't that what they were made fr.o

I purchased a giant swan inflatable from here less than 24 hours ago and went to use it for the first time. The swan split at the seam where the wing is and deflated immediately. I asked for an exchange or a refund and was told no as their policy states no returns on inflatables. Even with a receipt. I understand this policy, however it’s any policy there are exceptions to the rule. Clearly this was a manufacturer’s defect and at least a compromise of an exchange would have been good customer service. I am in the customer service business and can tell you that this is very poor customer service. Successful businesses are successful for a reason...first and foremost good customer service! They say to support small businesses, but if I would have made this purchase on Amazon, I would have received an exchange or refund. Just sayin’ This place will no longer get my business.
