Mateo assisted me with my buy. Since I'm a new driver, I think he did a terrific job of explaining a lot. He thoroughly explained the insurance and encouraged me to have a test drive even though, as a novice driver, I was a little nervous. It's fantastic that the dealership provides a really open and clear place for test drives.

Lamin is an excellent representative for Ourisman. He worked effortlessly to answer any and all of my questions. When I had a little trouble on any area he was quick to aid me. Ourisman is very lucky to have this young man in your company. I am overall very pleased with my purchase experience here and pleasantly surprised. I had an overactive 6 year old with me and not once was there a problem or disturbance.

The sales person looking to buy my car during a service visit is a bit much. The service advisor was also providing discrepancies about my vehicle that were not indicated on my paperwork. The technician had to come out and provide explanation. All of the “additional fees” that are realized at check out added a very poor quality to my experience

We worked with Ernest Davis and Ahmed. First, let me give props to Ernest, an honest salesman that's going to give it to you straight and get you the best deals. I came in knowing what I wanted and he made it happen. He was respectful of our time but still made sure we knew everything we needed to know. After we were done with Ernest, we worked with Ahmed who finished up. Overall we spent 3 hours there and it would have been shorter but we had to wait on a new battery. I highly recommend Ernest Davis if you make your way here. Thank you everyone for making it happen and being so kind to my family!

I recently visited the Ourisman Chevrolet of Marlow Heights and our salesman, Ernest Davis, was able to get my son into his 1st vehicle at an extremely affordable price. My son couldn't be happier about the car and I couldn't be happier about the price. Thank you Ernest for definitely coming through for us!!!

I don't even think they deserve one star.....Worst dealership experience i ever had in my life....I wish i would have looked at these reviews before bringing my truck to this shop. I had an apt scheduled for 9am Saturday and my truck didn't even get looked at until Tuesday morning. I called the shop multiple times to get a status update and kept getting transferred to my sales rep voicemail. I had to drive to the shop to finally get an update on my truck, from there he quote me a price to fix my vehicle. The price was way more than i wanted to spend but paid it under the impression that I'm paying for quality service. After driving off the lot the problems were still there i came back to the shop and the sales rep and manager told me that they didn't fix the issue but repaired everything else and said the part was discontinued. So i pay 3k for them to fix other things outside of the problem of which i told the dude i wanted repair...This shop is the worst, i call them they act like i'm bothering them for an update on my own truck. They walk away when customers are sitting at the desk, only your service can speak about your vehicle, and 95% of the staff are unprofessional.If you go to this shop, be prepared for bad service.......

I have my car serviced on 10/6/23 to replace the water pump. Less than 2 weeks later my car is smoking from the the hood from overheating. Later, I learned my car had a special warranty to cover water pump replacement. But the dealer of course creates a loophole reason on how this service of the water pump replacement wouldn’t be covered under the warranty. This is very disappointing, the special warranty was made on the car for a reason because Chevy is aware of overheating issues on the car. To be aware of the warranty and try to create a reason to not reimburse me is bad customer service. Especially, noting I had to do my own reason to even know about the warranty and bring it to their attention, nobody informed me on this warranty on my car. During the process of bringing the warranty up to them, they were avoiding my car and constantly sending me to voicemail. I understand as the dealer your goal is to profit, however you should always keep your integrity and be honest. To lie or create a loophole to not reimburse me is disgusting and exactly how you loose a customer. I work hard for my money and will not return to for service or to purchase a vehicle from here.

Subject: Extremely Dissatisfied with My Service Experience at OurismanI am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the level of service I recently received at Ourisman. As a long-time customer, I have always trusted your dealership for its reputation and quality of service. However, my recent experience has left me questioning whether my loyalty to Ourisman was misplaced.First and foremost, the poor communication throughout the entire service process was extremely disheartening. From the initial appointment scheduling to the updates on the progress of the repairs, I found it incredibly difficult to obtain accurate and timely information. It seemed as though the service advisors were either unaware of my vehicle's status or simply neglected to communicate it to me. This lack of transparency and responsiveness made me feel undervalued as a customer.Furthermore, I was appalled by the over-selling of items that I had already purchased earlier in the year. It became evident that the dealership was more interested in maximizing profits than providing genuine care for its customers. This not only undermined my trust in the dealership but also made me question the integrity of the entire service department.To add insult to injury, the poor quality of workmanship I experienced during my service visit was truly unacceptable. The repairs performed on my vehicle were subpar and failed to address the issues I had initially brought it in for. This lack of attention to detail and commitment to excellence only served to exacerbate my frustration.

Worst dealership experience ever! While shopping around for cars, we came across this dealership after inquiring about a car we saw on their lot. We are very keen to car sales tactics and this was by far the worst. We told them our budget, already have our own financing, and ready to buy but we’re searching the best deal. This salesman gave us a quoted price of $ 10000 more than what was advertised and would not talk numbers until we gave him our word we were purchasing today. We were honest said we were shopping around and he told us well how does that benefit me, and was hiding the numbers. ? he finally provided a print out of the numbers and would not let us take them with us to think on it because he didn’t want us shopping around against his numbers. As a smart consumer we all know we don’t just buy the first car you look at. It was a super weird situation. In all honestly, we are glad we got this treatment, as we found another dealership, same care brand new, 3 miles for 10000 less than his quote and exactly what was advertised! Thank you for pushing us to purchase at a better dealership who also let me go home think on it and was respectful of us being well informed consumers! If you purchase at this dealership do your homework! You willl be thousands upside down driving off that lot!

Mateo helped me with my purchase. I think he did a great job at explaining a lot, especially since I'm a new driver. He really went over the insurance, as well as motivated me to test drive the car when I was a little afraid to, being a new driver. The dealership has a very clear/open area for test driving which is great.

Ourisman has serviced my car a couple of times this year, and each time additional issues have been found according to the tech. We have been charged way more than we expected. This time was no different. Our bill was over 2100.00. I was informed the tech labor was 199.95 an hour. Outrageous!

Terrible customer service. They leave you on hold for over 10 minutes *every time* only for you to be forwarded to a voice-mail eventually. Then when you leave a voice-mail, they never call back. I jave genuinely NEVER received a call back when I leave a message. They should hire enough employees to handle the volume that they do. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received from a dealer, and I have to call dealers at least 10x/day Monday-Friday due to my job. If I had any other option, I would never do business with this place.

Just stopped in for Oil Change. had a new service technician named Shawn. He was interesting and answered all of my questions, helped me with a smile. Called me to let me know when my car was ready, and attended as soon as I arrived for pick up. Great job Shawn.

Mr Kenny was very patient and kind with me. I had an idea of what I wanted and he did his best to get me exactly that. I must admit, I was somewhat challenging at times, but Mr. Kenny kept his cool and continued to offer me options until he found the vehicle that was perfect for me. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend Mr. Kenny to my friends and family.
