What was done well was the gentleman who first checked my daughter in with my car. He remembered her when we came back and handled the situation very well. He had my engine steamed clean and a new oil change was done as well. He was very professional and I liked that.

Outstanding customer service they was fun while u wait good communication with the customers I love what they do don’t change it because I be back love the service. My experience at Ourisman Mitsubishi with Basil and Monica was unmatched! They’re definitely the dynamic duo ! Hello,I have been Ourisman Mitsubishi client for more than 10 years. I have had a variety of their vehicles from the Eclipse, Montero, and some others, and I have overall been incredibly pleased with them. More importantly, I am most satisfied with the repair service department. Whatever the problem is, they fix it. They explain the problem and give me repair options. I have never had a problem with them. I have always felt confident about leaving my car to be repaired with them. More importantly, the gentleman who runs the department, Jason C., has always been a professional attendant to me. He always asked the appropriate questions regarding my many cars and led me in the appropriate direction. We need auto managers in auto repair shops like him. I am terribly disappointed that Ourisman Mitsubishi has decided to let him go. I just brought a new car from them a week ago and hope the outstanding service I have received in the past years from them continues.Tara C.

Who gets rid of a loyal service advisor after 20 years with less than 24 hours notice? Yep, Ourisman Mitsubishi in Marlow Heights does...Jason Collins was Ourisman to the fullest. He was the reason I took my cars. He was caring of the community. I am confident many managers got fat pockets from his hard work. They should of honored him as they parted ways. It's not what you do but how you do it. Shame on leadership!I sure won't be coming back as a customer. They do not value staff. So, how will they value customers?Karma will circle back around on thia dealership. Kudos to Jason. God delivered him out of that plantation. ?

I got my first truck in 2019 from here. & have been coming here for 4 years ever since. When I started bringing my truck to get serviced I met members of the service team Jason,Moe, & all of the technicians. No matter what the need was they all had me covered & they all worked super fast they were trust worthy reliable & they never left out a detail of anything being wrong with my truck. I have now received the terrible news that Jason has been fired AFTER 20 YEARS!!! & I no longer want my vehicle to be serviced here any more. I’ve lost all trust & respect for this place. Do what’s right & bring Jason back or prepare to lose all of those hard working & loving customers you all so call care about.! Trust me this place doesn’t run the same without Jason & you all will realize the huge mistake you have März when you start to see service sales going down & you start to see customers leaving because Jason isn’t there. Jason was the best & you won’t find another like him. God doesn’t like ugly & this was a very ugly thing you all have done & I for sure hope this doesn’t have anything to do with race! I’ve seen his replacement! & I for sure hope this isn’t a tactic you all are using to clean house !

I was in dying need of a vehicle and was looking. My friend told me he had a great place for me to go to so I went. I’m glad I did because I had some of they most amazing service I had in a long time. From buying my car to getting it service. The speed the know what I want be for I do just buy have a regular conversation. I never felt like I was getting taken for bad. I felt listen to and heard. So I thank you Calvin for starting my adventure with this company great. I than the service center for making me laugh when I come and I even say thank you to my financial advisor for the quick service he sold to me. I’m going get my next car at this place.

I have had a decent pre-sales experience with Ourisman. I was actually contacted by several sales agents and called relentlessly until I purchased a vehicle. Their prospect follow-up is stellar, especially if they feel they have baited your interest. No great deals though. The follow-up though? DEPLORABLE! They are only interested in your sale and not interested in taking care of you afterwards. I have called, at this point, nine times and left messages at the front desk and finance and not a single person has called back. I even texted the Sales Manager, Diggs with no response. These calls have not been on the same day but on various days. I have even spoken to a live person who then transfers me to a voice message. I wish I had taken my business elsewhere and I advise you to do the same!!! They also lied during the sales pitch about the manufacturers warranty. Buyer Beware!Update-- I have tried contacting Mr. Powers and the number is not in service. I have also called and chatted with my Sales Agent and he passed me along to someone else that still did not return my call. Today, I have tried calling Service, and again, no response. My vehicle has an issue and I am under a 60 day warranty... time is ticking.

Bought my first car in America with Ourisman and they made the whole process seamless!! Only 1 day over the phone and online application I bought the car and the next day they delivered it to my home !! I wish everything in the world is that easy . thanks Chris who delivered it to me “ you made my day”.

Excellent service! Everyone was so nice. I purchased this car after a bad accident and my salesperson drove me home in the new car because I was still nervous to drive on the highway. I highly recommend this place.
