“I've been a BOA customer for 16 years now and the their efficiency and availability is one of the main reasons I remain. The trip to this location was impromptu as I left the Walmart and realized that they weren't just an ATM location but a full financial center. We went in, was greeted by someone on sight, and once I explained what brought me into the branch I was taking to a cubicle immediately. Peter was being trained and I believe we were seen by the actual branch manager. As per usual, BOA is always on the cutting edge with their financial products & options. We were able to take care of 3 separate issues all at once and the process was seamless and we were not there long at all. I chose BOA 16 years ago because of their prominence and accessibility in different states, my oldest was going to be headed to college out of state and I needed a bank that anyone in the family in various states could get money to her quickly if necessary, they haven't let me down yet. “It is a great bank in town, I don't have my account here but my Father in law does deal with this bank as a customer and sometimes I am with him and I see staff is very helpful and not too long lines either also they have good benefits for account holders as free checking account and offering with good credit up to $50,000 line of credit. Must be a lot more.”
