“I purchased my vehicle on August 28th, 2023. Drove my past vehicle here with hopes that it would make it here without breaking down lol Mike & Luis were extremely helpful and REALISTIC with me considering my situation. They asked me what I wanted and I got exactly that… customer service was superb!!!! They really worked with me and Mike is just an outstanding manager if you come here ask for him. I see there are some bad reviews but don’t let that deter you from shopping here just ask for Mike he will not sugar coat anything and will give you the real deal. I did not at all expect to be driving off the lot with anything that day… I got rid of my Kia and got into a nice reliable Buick Verano and even the manager drives a Buick lol this experience was BEYOND sales service I felt like family. I didn’t feel pressured etc nothing just honesty and good vibes. I will refer anyone to this specific location and again THANKS EASTERNS OF HYATTSVILLE <3”
“TOTAL SATISFACTION! When my husband and I walked into Carports office, I immediately felt at home. The young lady explained that she was a new employee and that the Salesman Daniel was on his way. She offered to pull keys for any car I had interest in so that we could explore the lot while we waited. When Daniel arrived I already had my heart set on a white Jaguar.To my surprise Daniel began to give my the CARFAX history on the vehicle. He was not a pushy salesman, but more so he seemed to geniully care about me knowing exactly what I was getting in this vehicle. He joined us during the test drive continuing to provide answers for all questions that we had. He also encouraged me to push the pedal to the medal so I could experience the great shape of the transmission.The entire experience was easy and very professional. Glad to have them give me options for a quick resolution. Bring your documents to them asap so they can look for any issues before the one week is up and you lose out on their offer.”

“The services I got from them was the best I have ever seen. They treats you like family and Mercedes-Benz dealership charged me $790 for Service B and Bumble auto did it for $400. Also, Mr. John is a very nice and friendly guy. Just take your car there and experience the warm treatment and the low cost they charge for services that another dealership will charge you arm and leg for. I recommend you go there for used car purchases and any kind of mechanical or electrical repairs.”

“My salesman John Speake was amazing. He did all the usual with the sale, taking good care of me and making sure I was comfortable. I felt like he was my advocate. He even got me 1/2 tank of gas when I did not purchase the package that included it. But it was his service AFTER the sale that really impressed me. Because the truck was used, the code to unlock the door was missing. When I went to have them pull it, I initially had a very unsatisfactory experience! But John went to work, meeting with the service manager and making sure everything was worked out to my satisfaction. The end result is they are going to install a new door device AND give me a free oil change at my house! So thanks to John for getting it sorted and making sure everything was right. Thanks too to Ernesto, the service manager, for working to turn the experience with service into a positive one.”

“After searching and searching I came across this dealership. At first I was comprehensive because of past experience but to my surprise I experienced the best customer service from them. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He explained the process of each step before and while making my purchase. Most dealerships just want to make a sale and get you out the door but they didn’t. I recommend this place to anyone who have challenges with their credit or not. He also will actually look for cars you want. Go 10 stars for me!”

“Real review of dealership, non-bias, just facts.**Read entire review if you want to know why Mr. Haker will get my future references and business.I had been looking for a car for a while, and stumbled across a car I like, which happened to be at Haker. I was leery at first as you expect small used car dealers to be shady, some gum and tape and get it sold was what I thought they all were. But this was what I had been looking for, so I figured it was worth the look. When I drove the car, it was fine, and there were only 50K miles so I though there cannot be anything major that I am missing. But in the end, it was the car I had been looking for, and I got a deal I could live with.NOW...Why Mr. Haker? When I went on the test drive originally, the car had an issue where it did not start. Removed the key and try again no problem, Mr. Haker (who was not my salesman) went ahead an replaced the battery for good measure. I went ahead with the purchase thinking it would be minor fix if needed. As I left with my new-used car, Mr. Haker told me if it did it again to let him know and he would take care of it (yeah right once I leave you will tell me my problem). I WAS WRONG ON THAT. Over the next 2 weeks I had the same problem a few times, and it was completely random, so I called Mr. Haker. He asked me to bring him the car so his guy could look at it. This was hard as I needed a car, so at no cost, he gave me a loaner while they tried to find the problem. I will not go over the other details that happened over the next 6 days, but the gist was Mr. Haker stood behind everything he had told me. He had a repair completed on his dime and transported the car back to his dealership for me to pick up.This “Man of his word” was my biggest take away; I have bought a few used cars and never have I meet a dealership that was not full of bull with the promises they make you. So, some of the reviews I have read talk about how this was terrible, and they sold you a piece. Next time think, 1- just like anything, they cannot predict what will happen after even 10 miles. 2- You are buying a used car, and MD inspection is for safety, not to find everything that may go wrong with the car. 3- (the MOST important) BE NICE... I did not call screaming or demanding, I was nice and respectful to the owner, and he was just as courteous and wanting to help me.Thank you Mr. Haker for showing me there are still good honest people who are not trying to pull one over on you.”
