So much to love at A Mountain Fix! It is truly a one stop shop for gift giving, home decor, jewelry and more! A Mountain Fix features many local artists and has so many options for locals as well as those visiting Deep Creek Lake! Highly recommend stopping by. The owners are some of the nicest people around.

The cutest store ever with the nicest woman ever! She was such a good conversationalist and so unbelievably nice to us! If you go to the pine lodge steak house to eat, you can show your receipt at this store for a 10% discount on your purchase! She has the cutest souvenirs and they were not overpriced! Also a lot of handmade things and jewelry in there as well! The woman was even so sweet to give us a free gift at the end! 10000% recommend this amazing little shop!

I inquired about a painting that my wife saw while on a trip to Deep Creek. Lois got back to me almost immediately, gave me shipping information and cost. The painting was on my front step two days later. It was some of the best customer service I have experienced at a small business. When you're at Deep Creek Lake, make A Mountain Fix at The Fort a must see for gifts and lake souvenirs you won't find anywhere else. From a wide variety of fine sterling silver--some designed by the owner--to a lip gloss with a light and mirror that you'll find yourself using over and over again, you are going to find something to love here. Wooden signs with messages about the lake and mountains, lots of other cool home decor, trendy trucker hats with sayings that get you noticed, and an exclusive line of Buddy by the Lake clothing are just some of the goodies you'll find here. If you're hungry , there's Route 11 potato chips, a variety of candy, and locally sourced lemonade and honey. If you just want to smell good, check out the multiple scents of body butter you'll find yourself reaching for over and over. I can't say enough good things about A Mountain Fix. Just go there, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and find out for yourself. You’re going to love it!

Perfect place for very nice small gifts and beautiful jewelry! They have candles, jewelry, puzzles, cute pet themed stuff and always something to surprise and delight. Plus they have snacks and drinks. I would definitely stop here if you're in the area.

Cute little shop with nice jewelry,crafts, and local products. I purchased peanut butter fudge and a hand brewed bomb pop lemonade. The bomb pop lemonade was very refreshing and hit the spot during the summer heat. One of the Owners Roland Weeks was so polite and kind. Definitely a people person. Highly recommend this cute shop for anyone in need of an adorable gift.
