"Click For a Quote" on every listing on the site? Come on now, ridiculous. Price matters when shopping for a boat. This place is fine with wasting people's time.

Worst service department in the area. While they claim to represent boat dealers they will push you to the back of the list and not service your boat for months despite them being an authorized dealer.
Beware of purchasing from this place, backdoor tactics to ensure revenue while not upholding their responsibility to warranty claims as an authorized center.
We were told we should get our warranty claim done from where we purchased the boat which was said with arrogance because they're bitter when people don't purchase from them. Meaning if you plan on moving a boat to deep creek and this place is your only authorized dealer, you can pretty much except that they won't help you with warranty work or will put you on a 3 month waitlist while they service their rental fleet and dont unhold their responsibility to the boat manufacturer
Time to submit a claim to BBB and Attorney General of MD.

Went to their shop and got great service. Our boat would not start. They diagnosed the problem with the battery. They suggested we go to Walmart to buy a battery or pay twice as much for the ones they carry. They also suggested I buy 2 new trailer tires from Walmart who has free installation. Great detail and attention at no cost. Thank you guys for your kind service.

Had to put one star because there was not a negative star rating. I have been trying to get my boat for three weeks they keep running me around after I’ve put 15000 down saying they can’t get the bank I financed the rest with with to send the money to them and it’s their bank. Nobody there gets in any kind of hurry to help you.would not recommend that anyone ever deal with this place.

Do not rent boats from these folks! Mean, nasty, rude, and they do what they want…..not what they put on their website. Do yourself a favor and save the frustration; rent a boat from anyone else in the Deep Creek area. Heck there are 2-3 other boat rental establishments within a mile. I will never step foot in this place again nor patronize their shady rental business. Ruined graduation weekend.

Great people. Friendly, helpful,knowledgeable. Easy unload. Come on in and check out their boat selection. I recommend the Crest pontoons.

My kids did the Easter Egg Hunt here last weekend it was awesome. They had such a great time & so did I. My daughter even won 2nd place with 50 eggs & received a basket

Absolutely will never set foot back in this place, especially to purchase a boat. As a certified Regal dealer, you would think they could assist a Regal boat owner. One that still is under warranty at that. Nope, they are “not currently accepting new service customers.” Apparently, it’s like joining a country club to have your boat looked at. Thank you for the totally unnecessary 3 hour trip to the next closest Regal dealer.

When me with my wife and kids come down to see my wife side of her family which who I hate but going to the lake every summer is nice but this year when we were on a boat the there in the water was a dead raccoon I felt bad but then I remember the im marry to my wife. but will come back here every summer till the lord saves me from my wife.

I like the marina. But today I had a bad experience here and it has left me scarred. I had to pee so I went in the bathroom here. Only to see dirt, trash, and too many bugs crawling about. I look to my right and there is a beetle crawling up the wall. Omg! I look over in the sink and there is another beetle crawling around. What?! This was really rough. I rushed out of the bathroom as soon as I was done my business. I don't recommend the bathroom #ew. I like the food here though. And boats.
