We have used Hunt for air conditioning and plumbing services for the past 15 years - such a fantastic company! They are so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, and have arrived many times to quickly fix our AC when we had a houseful of guests and needed service urgently. They have also been great at diagnosing and problem-solving difficult repairs. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT call them very bad service and customer service. I have been waiting for 10 days to have my air conditioner repaired. As of today, it was still going to take another”few” days because they need to send someone out AGAIN to write down the order number for the part. Company only deflected the problem onto other people and/or one other, with no one taking responsibility. Had been working with them for years but now their service is NOT good so I will be moving on. Again, I strongly suggest you call another company.

i had first called to report my HVAC was not working and needed to have someone come look at it, they sent someone out and he went and "supposedly" wrote down the info needed to order new part for my HVAC, was told that the part needed to be ordered and would be in in a few days. didn't hear anything from them for rest the week and when I called on that following Monday was informed that they ordered the part but where it was coming from had lost the order. when talking to the girl she stated that she saw that nothing had came in but didn't think that they should give us a call to inform us of this instead she just waited until we called to see what the status was. So they sent someone else out to supposedly take a picture of the info needed again to reorder the part but this time was told he just ordered it right then and there i guess no picture was taken. when he was coming back out the second time while talking to the girl she said that it was okay if no one was home to take care of this. Now for the 3rd time they are saying that the part needed for our HVAC was still not ordered and they were sending someone else out to get the same info as the other technicians did but this time the tech said he called several times because he thought that we had a gate and when no one answered he just didn't come. my problem with this whole issue is accountability and communication, clearly the lack of communication between technicians is non existent , the number he claims he called is not our number but any other time they need to get a hold of us it has never been a issue. instead of just saying a mistake was honestly made company was just trying to deflect this issue on the company that lost the order but clearly there's issues that are taking place in house before you start blaming other people. and if you see they lost the order 2 times wouldn't you think to maybe order it from someone else or maybe do follow ups or at least sound apologetic. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
