“Good Landscaping service, but some communication deficiencies

Had trees planted in our backyard. The consultation and project planning was fine. Once I signed the contract and paid my deposit, they went radio silent for a week until I reached out to figure out scheduling. They said it was going to be about 6 weeks, but did not actually schedule me for anything.
Fast forward about a month, and I get a text in the afternoon asking if they could do the project the next day. I was thankfully available, but I could envision a scenario where I wouldn't have been available because I only had about a 16 hour heads up when the project was going to start after hearing nothing from Wentworth for a month.
The actual planting / install went great. No issues there.
After the fact, I was expecting someone to reach out with information about caring for the new trees, how long to keep the stakes in, etc.... NOTHING. They didn't even reach out to ask if everything went OK and give me instructions on final payment. It was so weird. They sent an invoice about a week or two later, so I called to pay over the phone, and I asked them if they could provide any of the information about the plants I was looking for. They said they would get back to me with that, but it never happened. So ive had to do my own research online.. but dont have any instructions that would be specific to our area, considering soil, local climate, pests, etc.
Overall, satisfied with the actual trees that were planted, but the scheduling process and communication could be significantly improved.”

“Austin from the Oakville store delivered and planted 10 grasses and did an excellent job. He left the area clean and did the plantings quickly. They look beautiful! He also gave us instructions for how often and much to water the plantings. The young lady who I ordered the plants from was also very efficient in takong and scheduling the order.”

Nice looking plants, hopefully they will do well. The rose bushes have a warranty which is nice.
