Fantastic experience buying a vehicle here. The entire staff did a great job. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from them.

My son had the unfortunate luck of losing his transmission in a 2017 Ford escape in Baltimore county on a Saturday. He was able to limp it to Al Packer's. The service people were nice and took the appointment for Monday. When they called they wanted $7400 to fix the transmission. With this not being worth it we drove out 2.5 hours away from home to talk to them about trading it and buying something new. it just wasn't worth the fix. This is where everything went wrong. We showed up at 6:45. we told them this would be the time because of our travel time. The sales associate that had been working with us was not there and never told us he was leaving. We had to start over with another. We also told them which Bronco sport we wanted so it could be pulled up and ready when we got there. No info from them but when we showed up it wasn't even on the lot. It was out as a loaner. So we decided to move forward with another. It took an hour just to get the credit check and the first round of numbers. We looked at them and agreed it was fair. But the sales manager missed that we had to put more money down. We told him that the bank was closed so I couldn't allocate that much onto my card for the purchase. his statement was "With no money we cannot release the car!" He then proceeded to tell the associate to get us out so he could lock up. We still hadn't gotten my sons stuff out of his escape. As the sales associate and my son got his stuff the Sales Manager Al, walked around annoyed that he couldn't leave. There was no concession for us traveling or help at all. we could have done everything but the deposit that night and that first thing in the am. but no.Then things got worse. the associate was supposed to call us first thing the next morning. she didn't is was after 2 before we heard from her. Then the numbers weren't ready, as we wanted the first car since we couldn't leave with it that night. We went round and round.Things like having to have a hard paper copy of our insurance, when everything is digital. Then wanting an insurance card with the new Bronco on it before we signed or saw the paperwork. It wasn't until thursday that we got the numbers for the car and a pick up date of Friday. It took all day thursday back and forth with the finance guy for him to be straight forwad with the numbers. they all matched but didn't make sense as there were extra fees we weren't aware of.Once the docusign was done and the deposit paid we went to set up delivery. They were going to meet us halfway because 2.5 hours was too far for them.My son made the arrangements for Friday afternoon. well when the time came "There were no drivers" so my son had to drive there completely. no help. This was the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. yes we could have gone somewhere else but with trading in a busted car it is easier to deal with that dealership, or so I thought. No promises were kept. They made it out to be the hardest thing to sell us this car. Sell is the wrong term since we picked it out and agreed to the window price right out. there were no negotiations. It should have been simple. you would have thought after COVID these people would know how to sell a car remotely. others do it daily.I would not deal with these people ever again.

*** WARNING*** To anyone coming to this location expecting great customer service/ geniuneness in terms of work being done to their vechicle please DO NOT come here. I should have known from the moment of walking in this establishment and not being greeted with a hello, good afternoon nor evening. I thought going through the service manager YB that things would be different, Instead I WAS LIED TO and misled multiple times.Let’s start off with the oil change, paying 80-90$ and waiting 2 hours to only have to come back because tire pressure lights were still on and the tires were not balanced. It was multiple apologies but still failed. I have spoke to MATT and YVONNE and both have nasty attitudes as if they hate their jobs. I was told from MATT that he would serve me because he receives a commission check for servicing my vehicle. AFTER droping my car off for a LEAK in early August… A Leak that has been sitting for months, causing mold in my carpets and a mildew smell to my brand new vehicle. Here it is October and I am still dealing with the same leak. It has been a very disappointing/unprofessional experience for me to continue to bring my van back and to be told it’s been fixed and detailed, but up until this day it smells like bleach, old dirty rags and mildew. After contacting the vendor they used Leak Doctors, I was told that there was never anything replaced on my vechicle and that the dealership reported no leak which were both listed on the invoice that I received of work that supposedly had been completed. SO WHY? Not only hold my car for weeks but submit for work that was never completed. Upon the third time after leaving my vehicle to be serviced for the same job, I got fed up and now gotten the law enforcement involved, because as we know if matters were to be taken into customers hands we know who they would deny everything and point the blame. But to save you the time whomever is reading this review please trust me as this is a honest review. I tried to give this place a try, not one or two, even a third try but still was ripped off, treated like dirt and lied to multiple times about an incomplete job that they were already paid to do. Here I am stuck trying to figure out a conclusion on my own to get the problem fixed.I would not ever reccomand this dealership, service dept , anything of that matter to anyone. Please believe this review and go elsewhere.

Well the body shop is absolutely the worst. No communication and terrible workmanship. I picked up the car in august and already the clear coat is flaking off. Also notice the great job blending ?♂️. Bbb has already been notified. I love that they respond with the general number and when you call I just get bounced around to 3 different people who have no clue what I’m talking about. I also love that they have my number and won’t call it. I bet if I were interested in a vehicle they have I’d receive 7 calls a day.

Very rude sales people . Almost like they are allergic to money . I get cash isn't king to you, but if I come in to buy a vehicle with cash you should take it . Glad we went to Koons who is very professional, has more stock, and much better customer experience.

I recently had one of our delivery vans get hit by a deer. We brought it to the Body Shop at Al Packers Ford for an estimate and repair. I was impressed with their level of professionalism and the quick attention they gave us. With this being a work vehicle, turn around time was a big concern. That said, Larry made sure that we had minimal down time and that we got our van back on the road quickly. I would highly recommend this Body Shop to everyone.

I needed to change the oil in my truck. Al Packer's Ford was the place I took it. Mr. Matthew Girard provided excellent customer service. He was helpful, trustworthy, fair, clear & friendly. The entire team is knowledgeable & professional. I'll definitely return with my F-150. With the $99 plan, you get 4 full-service oil changes over 2 years. Highly recommend AL Packer's White Marsh Ford!

Scheduled a test drive, took a half day off from work, drove over 70 miles to come see a truck. When I arrived for my scheduled test drive, the salesperson told me that they had just given the keys to another person who walked in. Was told that "First come, first serve." You can wait to see if they don't want the truck? Are you kidding me? Completely unprofessional and awful experience. For customer service, would not recommend this dealership.Asked to speak to a manager on the phone about my experience, and they sent me to voicemail.

This dealership has great service and communication. They were very accommodating with appointment times and had a quick turn around on all vehicle repairs. Manny at the service center was great about keeping me updated on vehicle status. He also offered a great deal on an oil change card that covers 4 oil changes for a bargain which I will be taking advantage of! I plan on taking all my ford vehicles to this dealership for future maintenance and repairs.

I was so happy and excited the sales woman, sales manager and the financial team went out their way to help and assist me! Bernie was amazing sales woman! She made sure I was comfortable, great conversation to help the time go by and she was quick on her feet to get everything done! It was the best experience ever! Sales and all of the team were awesome and amazing! I have to thank all of the for such a memorable experience they were all so nice and helpful! I like how they flow like a family there everyone was so kind, respectful and helpful. I have always used them to service my F150 and I will always use them for all of my vehicles due to customer service always being amazing! The great work of the service team at the quick lane ( who are awesome, helpful and have always took care of my F150! She’s my baby) convinced me to purchase my first explorer with AL packers!!! That place makes you feel at home no matter what you do!! Vehicle had slight issues and they promised to repair it fast. I definitely will always work with Al packers for all my services because of how they care and how quick they are to make sure your satisfaction comes first even being stuck in a walking boot lol!

Yvonne in the service department has been spectacular in helping me with my 2017 Expedition. She is clear and concise, has great follow up, and is a delight to work with in the service center. Service is what matters most after purchasing a vehicle and Al Packer’s got it in aces with Yvonne and all the service team!

Though I had to bring the car back due to not properly fixing the issues, the manager and Yvonne of service department was able to exceed and help me as much as possible. They had constant communication during the process and I was able to drive my car off the lot with ease knowing I was taken care of

Al Packer has been great with my three vehicles that I’ve leased from them. Steve Lefko was great and makes things super easy and was the reason I have my first F150. Richard Mlynski, sales manager, was very helpful with my trade. Heather was instrumental behind my purchasing the hard cover cargo. And Daniel, finance manager, made things a breeze. Thank you all again.

If I could give a negative star count I would. I believe that Al Packer is not only rendering services not needed , but also using scare tactics to attempt to have customers not DIY. I needed to replace my 4WD switch which I was quoted $674. I researched how to replace switch as well as cost and realized it was a simply replacement. I decided not to have Al Packer replace the part and picked my vehicle up to replace part myself. In the process of retrieving my vehicle an Al Packer employee stated it is very difficult because you have to remove the dash and other intricate parts. I didn’t buy it. I purchased the 4WD switch from another Ford dealer for $74.68. Never had to take the dashboard apart to remove the switch. Popped the outer knob, the face plate off then pressed 2 tabs and the inner switch came out. Disconnected the wire harness . Reconnected the assembled new switch to the wire harness and reconnected switch to the dashboard. It took me 5 minutes of YouTube and 5 minutes for the replacement. Previous they repaired some suspicious parts which I personally repaired a part a day prior they told me was damaged. Now I am wondering how true that was. $2,879 later I will never know. Now I see why folks feel dealerships are not the way to go. DIY and Ma & Pop shops for now on. Terrible
