Miguel and Scott with Alexander's Mobility Services were phenomenal!! They handled our move from South Dakota to West Virginia- we had 2 garage storage units and a 2 bedroom apartment, and they somehow got it into one truck. Everything was neatly packed and wrapped, padded with paper and blankets, every box labeled with the room it came out of in our previous location, what was in it, and where we wanted it to go in the new house. They disassembled and reassembled all our furniture for us and made sure the heavy items were exactly where I wanted them to be. They layed down floor protectors throughout the house and ramps at the doorways. They were so careful with our things and still so fast and friendly. They carried off all the trash for us as well. I cannot recommend their services enough. This was without a doubt the easiest move we've ever had. I am so pleased with everything.

I had an incredible experience with this company! The crew—Herb, Phil, and Ryan—did an outstanding job packing up my apartment. This was my first time hiring movers, and I can confidently say I’ll be working with them again for any future moves. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
Not only did they carefully repack a few of my items to ensure everything was secure, but they also communicated each step of the process, making sure I understood everything and had the opportunity to ask questions.
What really stood out was their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. They helped my mom and me discard a few items we no longer needed, even though they didn’t have to. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made this an exceptional moving experience. I can’t recommend them enough!

The staff noticed one bug in the kitchen and informed me that packing had to be aborted. If this is the policy for stopping the packing, how many customers are left to be served by this company?

Wouldn’t let this company touch your stuff if it was on fire, Terrible place to work for, even worse when they move your furniture. Joe is an absolute joke of a manger and cares nothing about the employees or contractors, as long as his pockets are lined he’s ok. Hopefully I can post the pictures of roaches, bugs, moldy mildew in the warehouse, also the emergency doors in the back of the warehouse don’t shut like they’re supposed to which is a hazard. Thats the employee bathroom disgusting right. Those pictures are how they take care of your stuff just throw it in a vault

One can’t say enough about this stellar company as a whole and as individual professionals. From start to finish they all were helpful, careful, reliable, communicative, professional and friendly. Every person in this company handled themselves at top notch levels. Everything was handled with care. Nothing was damaged and nothing was mishandled. They were patient about moving the furniture around to make me happy and also took care in asking me when there were questions about where certain boxes should go for my convenience. They’re innovative services using technology to do a view of the home and its inventory is so convenient. The move from one state to another was so easy, I can’t say enough. Thank you Alexander’s Mobility Services! When the next move comes, I won’t waste time looking into any other teams.

This was our second move with Alexander's Mobility. They are very professional and responsive. We have moved with other companies before and they delivery our move faster in comparation to the others. The entire crew was very polite as well.
