Very unprofessional. Waited for 2 hours to have my eyes checked by a doctor virtually. Than the lady at the desk to bill you was very rude, did want to help with the questions asked about the insurance all she wanted to say was this is what I found on the website while I was showing her paperwork directly from my insurance company. They will never get business from me or my family again. Very disappointing.

This place is beyond terrible. They don't call the day before to verify appointment, they don't call when your appointment has changed from In-person to virtual. Always runs 30 minute passed your appointment. Some staff not all are ignorant. 100%will not be going back

The absolute worst! I wanted to get my eye exam here because they typically have my contacts on hand. Made an appointment for 11am 02/29/2024...sat in the waiting area until 11:45 JUST to be called for the pre-test exam. It is currently 12:10 and I am still waiting to be seen by the doctor. I don't know who runs this location but it is poorly managed! Time is precious 0/10 would not recommend. I wish I could give zero stars.

I had been going to them for years because their eye doctor is nice and it's hard to mess up contact lenses. But their eyeglasses experience was awful. I did not realize how low quality they were and because it had been 10 years since I bought new frames and didn't realize I was paying a super cheap price. The lenses were low quality- very thick and "coke bottle" like, even though my prescription isn't strong at all and I specifically asked for thin, light lenses. The lenses were so heavy it caused the cheap, plastic frames to stretch and the glasses were always falling off my face and causing headaches. I went in several times for adjustments and they told me having to adjust them every month or so was normal! I've been wearing glasses for 30 years and never had to do that. I got a 2nd opinion and they said the lenses were not appropriate for the frames. Not to mention the frames looked completely different from when I tried them on in the store. They were fitting differently than the store sample. I decided a year later to cut my losses and get another pair. So I called and asked for my prescription to be sent to another store. Twice I was put on hold and they wouldn't pick back up. They had no intentions of picking up the phone and sending my prescription anywhere. Thankfully I was able to remember I had an account there with a saved login and got it from online. And now the higher end, new eyeglasses I got were basically the same cost and they're so much better.

The wntire staff was friendly and helpful. I needed a bit of extra help due to personal circumstances and they just did. Every step was taken & it was all done with efficiency, no hidden fees and the care every employee seemed to do their job with just blew me away. At a very hard time, they made things just a little easier for me.I picked up my new glasses today & am thrilled. They are exactly what I choose, they even fitted perfectly without adjustment!10/10 Would Definitely Recommend!

I went yesterday with my son and we arrived at 4.30 pm and at 6.10 pm they told us that they couldn't serve us just because we didn't speak English and a niece had come with me to translate and they didn't allow her to speak. They are all discriminators

My husband and I made eye appointments for 4:55pm. We arrived at 4:30pm so we had time to pick out our glasses so it wouldn't mess with our appointment times. It is now 6:30pm and we still haven't been seen. Then we just got told that we may have to come back another day cause the doctors log off after a certain time. This is unprofessional!!!! There was another guy that came for his second appointment and he was sent away again. The way the scheduling is done here is horrible, we made appointments back in September and when we came in then,they had cancelled our appointments, I then showed them my confirmation by they didnt care and sent us away. So when I came into today I thought things would be better but now. It was a horrible experience, we have been using America's best for years but I think we need to start looking else where.It is now 7:13pm.. still wasn't able to see a doctor and we have to reschedule yet again!!!!

I am a first time customer obviously needing an eye exam etc, I was supposed to have my appt today actually and they called to reschedule due to an emergency, understandable so I rescheduled for this Monday, tell me why this lady calls me to confirm and tells me it's a remote appt,Now you seem what I was coming in for in the first place, why would you schedule me for a remote appt, so she said if I need to see a doctor then I need to reschedule AGAIN!!! by this time I am frustrated and done with the stupidNess of this lady who can't get her job right, I just hung up on her,All this time I wasted with this place when I could have had my exam and everything done. I don't recommend this place. They don't have the smarts to get anything right.

We have been coming to this location for years with ease but recently have had extremely long waits for service. I was in a few months ago and spent the whole day waiting to be seen. I had a 10:00 appointment and had to leave and come back because I still had not been seen by the time I had to pick my son up from school. Today my son had a 12:10 appointment. We are still in the waiting room with another patient ahead of us at 1:15!!! This is ludicrous! The optometrist is very nice and attentive to her patients but the practice needs to understand this and schedule accordingly. No way should an eye doctor appointment monopolize your WHOLE day.

Americas Best has a practice over booking. On my recent visit I was secdualed for 12:10. Upon arrival there were 11 people ahead of me and I was told I would have a 1hr and a half wait. after 2hr and 10 minutes I was called for eye test. Long story short I was 3hrs for the complete possession. Customer's should not be treated like that. Last year at Americas Best I waited 1 1/2 hours for my eye exam.
