First, I waited over an hour for my prescriptions to be ready when I received a text that they were done. Then, when I got them, they were mislabeled under a different person! DANGER!! When I went to pay, they needed to see my prescription card (even though it was on file) or charge me over $150 ! I had to go get it, wait in line another 32 minutes. All while I’m sick. NEVER AGAIN

Only one person ever working the counter no matter what time you come. 10 plus people in line all the time. Ridiculous

I want to give a big thank you to Chinedum at the pharmacy for his outstanding customer service. He went out of his way to assist me with my prescriptions, making sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. He’s always friendly, patient, and willing to help with a smile. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers he serves. Employees like Chinedum make a real difference—thank you for your kindness!

Pharmacy closes for lunch at 130, but my husband arrived at 120 and they refused to serve him and were extremely rude about it. The day before they had texted that prescriptions were ready at 4, but we're not actually ready until after 5, also very rude about everything.

This used to be my go to pharmacy to get all of my vaccinations every year, but this year I was having difficulty with making an appointment on the app so I showed up asking to have the flu shot for myself and my daughter. The pharmacist told me that because I didn’t make an appointment and they were busy (only 1 other person in line!) the earliest I could be seen was tomorrow. OK fine. So I struggle with the app a little bit more and I find that there are appointments at this particular pharmacy for 430 and 5 o’clock, mind you I arrived at 4:15. Why would he tell me he couldn’t see me? Anyway, I was NOT about to make an appointment and let him stick me because at this point, he’s a liar and I didn’t trust him after that. I went to the Cvs and Essex after struggling w/ the app and making an appointment quickly online for my daughter and myself and we got vaccinated. The CVS in target has declined significantly and it’s unfortunate that they lied to your face and have poor customer service.

If you use CVS in Target on Martin Blvd I STRONGLY encourage to change your pharmacy. They give the worst customer service. Here is just one of many since they’ve changed managers. So I get in line at 1:22…I look because I clearly see the sign say they close at 1:300 for lunch. There was one lady with cashier and me. No one else. The cashier was taking a while with other lady. At 1;30 another clerk comes out and says “sorry we close at 1:30.” I said “I’ve been standing here since 1:22”. She says sorry if we do it for you we have to do for everyone”. I say “No one is behind me and if they come up you tell them you are closed since it’s clearly 1:30 now. Your cashier has seen me standing here’”. She says “ sorry and see you at 2:30” and begins to walk away with a smirk. I felt the need to tell her she is rude and their customer service sucks.
