I have been coming here years to load money on my bank card. I go in there today for one. The ladies always got a bad attitude. I think her name is Shannon she starts counting my money. She counts $500 out of the $999 then she stops counting out of nowhere says my money stinks and she needs to find someone then walked away with all of my $999. The way she did it was so rude I was left standing there so confused. Then she comes back tells me to get out the store and called the police.

I'm sick of them never having anything you need. Will have your prescription on processing only for u to wait a day or 2 only to find out they never ordered it from the start

Darryl was above amazing, he was my blessing! I was first told my prescription would be over $800 (new year and deductible not met). Darryl stepped in to assist me and found me a coupon to save me more money than I normally even pay for this prescription. The fact that he actually overheard what was going on and took the initiative to help and looked for the manufacturer coupon for me, I am so grateful for his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for me without any hesitation. It’s hard to find good customer service sometimes especially in busy circumstances such as a pharmacy but he was A TRUE blessing!! This pharmacy always is great and my prescriptions are always ready in a reasonable time, but Darryl is the real MVP!

I've been coming here for yearssssss and have not had any major issues. Occasional mishaps but they have always been corrected swiftly. Their line is always long but half the time its the customers and not the staff. Once I get to the counter I am prepared and checked out in 2-3 mins. They are always polite and have my items in stock. People should give them some slack. Its clear to see they don't have much staff which is not their fault.

And the people are nice for the most part however, when speaking with representative on the phone, I was not even done with my sentence and she hung up. I needed a little bit more explanation and she did not even have another 30 seconds to finish with me. They don’t have a lot of drugs in stock in they’re obviously not willing to work with you. So I would not recommend them.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years. They have always been fast and friendly. But the past few months have not been great. No matter what time you go, the line is to the end of the aisle or longer. There is a whole new staff. Instead of taking 2 hours or less to fill (which it has been for a long time) it has now taken over a day or more. One time I went recently, I waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told they were out of stock of the medication I came for. This should’ve been sent as a text or call instead of wasting my time. When you call now, you’re on hold for 10 min. When I called today I was told they are a couple days behind on filling meds. While waiting in line I always hear other conversations of people in line about how bad this pharmacy has gotten and how many issues they are having getting prescriptions. I was hoping it would get better after adjustment of new management and staff but it hasn’t. Thinking about changing and I’ve been coming here for 10 years or so.

This pharmacy has gone downhill over the last year. The customer service, accuracy of prescriptions being filled, and information being relayed to the patient from pharmacy personnel have been less than would be expected from a CVS. Incorrect dosages, filling old prescriptions, and lack of internal communication have caused huge delays and long lines. I don't know if it's a lack of qualified people working or CVS not staffing the pharmacy properly. The updates online are almost non-existent, prescriptions are showing in process for days at a time. If you have an online system that customers are forced to use (because the phone just rings if you try to call) then let's get it working properly. Today I spent well over 1hr waiting for a prescription only for it to be the incorrect dosage, after being told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I could go on and on about the lack of professionalism I've experienced here at this CVS inside the Target at Middle River. This used to be one of the best pharmacies in the area...what happened??? This review is about my own experience, your experience may be different.

Stay away from CVS Target Middle River, MD. I gave a 1 star review because it won’t let me do negative stars. Today I waited over 30 mins. for a prescription that was supposed to be auto-refilled 2 days ago + I had called to expedite. After waiting 30+ mins. They told me they needed 20 - 30 more mins. to fill the prescription. I’m using that time now to write this review.

If I could I would give negative stars. I know this pharmacy has been gradually declining over the years since it opened but I don’t know what recently changed but nothing is getting filled and no one ever answers the phone! Ever. My prescription was sent 5 days ago n I received a notification from CVS they got it. I went 4 days later and it wasn’t filled and the pharmacist (new guy I’ve never seen before) said “I’ll expedite that for you” now it’s another day and it’s still “in progress “ per the app! I’m never getting ANYTHING EVER FILLED AT CVS EVER AGAIN AND NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY N FRIENDS !!!! Ridiculous they should just shut down they r only doing a dis service to the community!

3 days later and I can't get my blood pressure medicine. I expedited it online after it wasn't filled the first day. Day 3 it still isn't filled and the rep said it'll be about 40-50 mins if she expedited it. Since the new Pharmacist took over this place has gone downhill. Time to switch to Walmart. Target in general is going downhill with no cashiers and long lines for self checkout while employees stand around.

I agree with all the negative reviews. The pharmacist seems to retaliate if you make a complaint. They literally withold/delay prescriptions if you say anything negative. They are like the mcdonalds of pharmacies and I mean that in the most negative way possible. Perhaps prescriptions would be filled sooner is the pharmacist wasn't stalking people's pdmp records.*The positive reviews have got to be fake. When you try to call the pharmacy, they either dont answer or they hang up on you.

Horrible place to deal with. Cannot reach them by phone without waiting 12-20 minutes.Prescription are never ready when promised.on top of this the whole department closes for lunch from 1:30 till 2:00 pm. Unheard of.this also creates a long line at 2 pm only to be told prescription is not ready.happend today 8/23/2023.

The whole pharmacy is a joke. Staff is not friendly could care less if they help someone. Ask a question the answer they give is that’s just how it is and could care less. Please bring back the old staff because the new staff you have at this store is disgusting. I will be transferring my prescriptions. Have been a loyal customer for 15 years.

They are always running out of medication, the staff is rude had have no concept of how to do their job. The whole pharmacy is disorganized and a disaster!! If you want your medication filled in a timely manner, then do not got to this pharmacy!
