I go to this dollar tree alot. Latley I have had an issue where a Woman named Elena at the dollar tree very rude. She will say Hello to everyone. When we get up there she does not say nothing. You could have a little respect and say Hi to your cutomers. You want the job. Act like it. It's not one tine. It's everytime. She was evwn rude to my daughter. I never done nothing to her. Veey frustrated. If I could give her stars it would be 0. She needs practice as an Employee on a register.

Pamela told I couldn't come in the store for wearing a backpack, I was just on my lunch break. Decided to go to the pop shelf next door. I did not appreciate being treated like a criminal.

Fatimah has a very nasty attitude, there’s carts all through the aisles, and everything is on the wrong shelf. Couldn’t figure out prices on certain cases because they were mixed between the $3, $5, and $1.25.

I refuse to go to this store when product is sitting on the floors. Aisles blocked by uboats filled with product. Trash is everywhere

All of the usual great deals but bonus with great cashier Donte who has a great customer service attitude—nice friendly engaging and full of good youth energy, not apathetic at all.

Terrible!! The customer service was pretty bad almost everyone was rude. There products were terrible. Don't buy anything from here. Hope this review helps you change your mind ( to the 5 star reviews) Also it's always the messiest place ever!

I enjoy going here. Always nice . They have a great manager she is always helpful. I will be in line they call her she is right there. I belive her name is Christine. Her store is always picked up , always full of items. This is the best store around.

Terrible experience the other day! Just to note, there was one retail associate, “Pamela” who greeted me and maintained a pleasant disposition. But the other young lady was quite the opposite. I inquired about a product and she was blatantly dismissive and unhelpful. Then upon check-out, she gave me more attitude, no bag, and no customary goodbye. I didn’t think a Middle River location would be so ratched, clearly I was mistaken, smh.

Slightly smaller than some other Dollar Tree locations. It was clean and well organized but unfortunately it was very poorly stocked. Roughly half of the shelves were empty.
