Got a new phone and the women Angelica was so helpful and was able to get all my stuff back off my old phone onto my new phone and even helped accessing multiple things. She was so amazing. She went above and beyond. 5 stars. 💯 Best service I ever had ❤️

I’m mad late with this review but my boyfriends phone was stolen recently. We went to this location to get a new one and Angelica and Vanessa were the two ladies who assisted us. They were AMAZING!!! They were knowledgeable, friendly to the point I felt I was talking to a good friend of mines, and lastly my personal favorite they gave us the real deal. They didn’t sugar coat or try to push extra products on us that we didn’t need, they understood the situation and helped us resolve the issue. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Scam artists. Took my son in to change his phone. They told me it’s $50 to activate and $25 for a SIM card then conveniently waited until the end to say the card machine was down. I left. Called T-Mobile and they said it’s $25 to activate and $10 for a SIM card. Never going in there again and they’re always conveniently out of the T-Mobile freebies. They need to be investigated because they’re definitely stealing
