I went on my birthday to have a full set done, as I've wanted to have done for prob a year but always found a reason not too. They literally started falling off on the 5th day, with NO EFFORT! By day 7 they were all off and I was very upset, to say the least. I would NEVER go back. I was charged $38 for "short" nails when I asked for med/ long.
My nails ended up painted completely black when I told her, nicely, 3 times I ONLY wanted the tip of them black (like a french manicure but black instead of white). She shook her head as to say she understood everytime but still, they ended up short and completely black.
Since I now I had completelty black nails and I was trying to stay upbeat bc it was my bday which i never celebrate, I asked to have 2 designs done on EACH hand. That's 4 total. 1 on EACH ring finger and 1 in EACH pointer finger. Not only did I get just 1 design on each ring finger, site didn't even ask me what colors I wanted. But, I bit my tongue bc the back and forth commication between the tech and I just wasnt there, at all, so I was trying to be nice. I even tipped her VERY generously after all of that! Although that defeated the point in going there and paying to have them done.
$38 for a full set of short, maybe medium, acrylic nails with 2 decails that resembled nothing but lines. The only cool thing about it, aside from the colors "popping" altho they weren't colors I would have chosen, the paint used was for blacklights. So they lit up under a black light. I only knew this bc I noticed when she put the nail dryer on them.
All that and the icing on top, they only lasted 5 DAYS! I am so disappointed. The women next to me brought in a picture if what she wanted her nails to look like and her tech did it! I didn't even want anything that out of ordinary and couldn't even get that.
The tech was VERY nice but she seemed very nervous like she was just starting out with doing nails so I went with it bc I didn't want to cause any issues. I even tipped her ($12, yes I paid $50 total!) bc she seemed so "pleased" with her work.
I'm really disappointed. I was planning on keeping up with them and getting fill ins when needed, all of that. But I wouldn't even go back to tell them how horrible of a job was done bc I don't wanna hurt her feelings. I'm sure if she sees this pic she will remember me. 1/11. It was my birthday and that was 1 of the 1st things I said. I was spoiling myself for my birthday. SMH. I've glued on $6 press ons that lasted longer then these.

Man at front rude don't like black people told me my appointment was at 12 I arrived at 1145 he said come back at 12 it was nobody in there accept one client being serviced I said is it a problem. With me being in here until my appointment time I was on a walker at the time and caught lyft there he then said we can no longer assist you it was raining outside and I'm on a walker people in this world today are SICKService: Nail designs

Love going to see Nelson! Always great work and it’s the only place that I’ve ever been too where the work stays beautiful for so long! I moved out of state and still come to them for most of my nail appointments. It’s been a month since I last had my nails done with Nelson, not a single one of my nails have started to lift, there’s been no chipping of the polish or the clear coat only the nail growth! By far the best work around and I always look forward to my visits.

Their always “Booked” but it’s never any customers the place is empty the lady be sleep and the man just outside smoking cigarettes very rude on the phone and can’t do simple things like a overlay

My feet desperately needed some attention. I was able to get a pedicure and a gel manicure in about an hour. The gentleman who serviced me was very kind and intentional with his work. It was nice to relax and receive quality. There was no concern on pricing everything is listed and visible. I will continue to recommend this location.Services: Pedicures
