The employees go above and beyond every time not only with their mechanical service, but with their customer service! Rico & Jimmy are the peeps that have worked w/ me and they are THE BEST!!!- So friendly and kind! Highly recommend Al Packer Quick Lane!!!

This place is a joke. Everytime I come here there is always something. The first time I had an appointment at 9 am, they was shorthanded but my truck would be done my 11am. I get my track at 2pm. I took my wife's car here for an oil change, they misplace bolts for a plate. What do I get when I take the car back, " you can pay for the bolts that will be in a week later or we can remove the plate". Today I had an appointment for 10 am I get there. Oh our system went down but we can get you in a 3 pm.
This place is an utter joke. With nothing but clowns there. Plus no managers there on the weekend that can do anything.

I am disappointed in the lack of communication between the assistant manager and your customers. A price estimate for suggested services should be clear and agreed upon before any work is done on a vehicle. Without this courtesy, a simple oil change can quickly escalate to thousands in parts & labor, all for services that were never intended in the first place. Don’t take advantage of customers who aren’t as knowledgable in car maintenance and repair. I understand this is a common practice in many auto repair shops but c’mon guys. Do better.

Gotta give a huge shout-out to the entire service team at Quicklane, but especially to Matt for his attentive and kind service. He always greats me by name when I arrive and keeps me informed of updates. He also always looks for ways I can save a couple of dollars, like using the reward points that I always forget about. I have been coming here for years and have definitely noticed an improvement in service since Matt and Rico joined the team.
I've been meaning to write this review and always forget, but got some mail today that reminded me. Keep up the great work!

Just had an amazing experience here with Matt Girard, what an awesome human! He really helped Us out today, really looked out for Us, made sure we utilized our FordPass points and really saved us today and couldn’t be more thankful for him!This guy exudes excellent customer care and just looking out for others. I started going to the Quick Lane at Al Packer's initially because "free" oil changes came with my car purchase. 9 years later I'm still their customer! I've had oil changes and work on my car like brakes, starter replacement, etc.What I appreciate about this location is the team. I've been a client of Randy's since he started at this location (maybe 5 years ago?). I never feel like he's trying to sell me work or pressure me into doing repairs. He also doesn't treat me like I'm some d*** girl that doesn't understand cars. Don't get me wrong, I'm by no means a mechanic, but I appreciate the thorough explanation anytime service is recommended, he even goes as far as to show me the parts that are having issues so that I can see for myself!A few reviews talked about long wait times - it's COVID times and everyone is short staffed. They are ALWAYS very upfront if there's a wait for the service that's being done and if I can't wait Randy will recommend a better day or time to come back in.As long as this location has employees like Randy working the Quick Lane I'm their customer and will continue to recommend them to friends and family! Thanks for being honest and dependable!Services: Auto maintenance
