Royal Farms is an awesome place with the best chicken, amazing chicken boxes, and western fries. The store is always clean and well stocked, and every employee is nice, respectful, and caring. Customer service is usually friendly and literally out of this world, with staff that brighten the day. Several team members provide assistance that goes above and beyond with a great personality, always smiling and willing to help find a solution. The store setup is consistent, so there is never any problem finding anything. Customers can use a rewards card to rack up points for free meals.

I come get ice and snacks for my workday at least 3 x's a week in the morning. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. I'm not a morning person but I feel welcome and compelled to chat when I go in just because the staff engage me in good conversation.
