The storage space is good. Sign up is easy. Two things they can improve
1- communicate clearly with folks that sign up online to let them know there are two parking lot entry gates, but only 1 will take their code.
2- An elevator and a door have been out of order for a couple weeks now. I have to go in one door, walk all the way around the building and go up the elevator to go to my space. Not a huge deal, but I am surprised it is taking so long to get fixed.
The office manager is very nice, professional, and helpful.
