“Makenzie is my favorite person! I've been in customer service for 22 years so they way I'm treated matters most to me. Makenzie has always went above bar to be incredibly amazing and help in any way, be informative, patient, and she follows-up in a timely manner. I feel like she should be in the medical field, they could use her compassionate towards others. She deserves a raise, promotion, maybe doing on boarding or application process. A lot of the associates in the past could learn from her.I've been here for 3 years and everything is always fine with my unit. Sometimes the door or gate doesn't work and carts can't be found. But the customer service is finally amazing? I'll be using them until I move in to a larger space.”

“I had an extreme emergency use for a unit. Shane the manager worked with us very closely. We went to inspect the unit and found it to be clean and what we need. Shane also sells the boxes that you may need tape anything you need to move he he can do it he gave us a complete rundown on how to pay the bill when to pay the bill very helpful very useful I would recommend using StorageMart for people's storage needs. “Tucker was great delivering the full pod to my new address, very responsive and professional, and placed it where I requested. He also helped to open the pod when some things had shifted to the front.Four-stars due to frustration with a call I had. I called the morning of the delivery, and the company had to communicate a request to Tucker. He received it, but called my wife to clarify, which didn’t make any sense bc I gave them my phone number and she didn’t know what he was talking about. Some poor communication on the Pod company side (not Tucker), and that likely caused the contents to shift unexpectedly. Overall very good experience though; much greater value than a storage unit.”
