“Your Eastern Blvd manager in Middle River, MD, Cory, went way beyond what I imagine his job description calls for. After discovering a water leak in my unit, Cory, tried to stop it by putting tape around the sprinkler that was causing the problem. He set me up with a new comparable unit, at the same rate. He advised me that I should move my boxes, etc. to the other unit, although it didn’t appear that they were going to get wet. I asked who would pay for the move since I thought I was getting the short end of the deal. On his own, he went ahead and spent about an hour moving all my goods to help make me a happy customer. Good work Cory. Thank you.”
