Ashley was so nice and accommodating with my request to transfer from my current unit to a smaller unit! She answered my questions promptly and completed the transfer process in just a few minutes! She got me a unit closer to my old unit to make it easier to move my stuff. Thank you so much!

Lee and Ashley were so friendly and accommodating! They made picking a storage unit a super easy process and even showed me several different ones, so that I could choose which one worked best for me. I will definitely be recommending this location to any family and friends that need storage in the future!

He answered all the questions I had with extreme detail, and made the headache of finding storage as I’m getting ready to move SOO much easier.
Highly recommend to anyone in a pinch, or just looking for short/long term storage, and even vehicle storage too! (Found out on their website lol)

Great experience with Ashley and Lee at Self Storage One Middle River MD ✨ Moving is a stressful time, they made it simple to move in, get settled - Unit was prepped and ready for me ahead of time ☺️ Ashley took the time to show me a couple units up front before I reserved online. On-site security patrols, well-lit location, clean units with lights inside helped during a rough time Thank you so much!! 🙏 ✨
