I tried to make a appointment for my 13 year old beagle . After putting in all my information several times someone finally got back to me . Then just to tell me after 3 emails later that they are not Excepting any senior dogs . I think that is something that someone should say from the start . Why ?

Canceled on me the day before our appointment.She scheduled me again for 10 days later to only text me at the last minute, saying she is going to be late.And when I don’t have the luxury to be late for my commitment, then she tried to justify her actions.Never again. No respect for the customer's time.
