No more target for me. Will never shop any target again.

I do love this store, but I don't like the CVS staff. They're pretty rude and don't give a lot of details about medicines or products. They always give my mom a hard time and complain about everything if we ask them a question. Could be better, but overall the target is real nice!

This location never has enough cashiers and items on shelves are always low or empty and I think that's ridiculous and this was also before the pandemic

This is my primary target. There are several in the area, but I've had the best experiences here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They usually have what I need and keep the shelves well stocked. This is the only place I could find toilet paper during the COVID-19 shortage. It is clean and well laid out with logical departments. I highly recommend this location or the White Marsh location which I would rate a close second.

This target is usually bustling but tonight (over a month ago) they were pretty desolate. Overall I can usually find unusual food items here for reasonable prices and using the cartwheels app allows me to check out competitors prices. Cleanliness 4/5 Variety of stock 5/5 Prices 3/5 Staff friendliness 3.5/5 depends on who you are lucky enough to have assist you Parking 2/5 handicap parking spots are minimal and always full. Self checkout 1/5 NEVER works without getting an associate-defeats the purpose! Cust service 2/5 always a long line & occasionally I will get a friendly associate Overall I recommend this target but compare prices with app to Walmart. If Walmart is cheaper than I run to the Carroll island one-much cleaner & clientele is a bit higher caliber than Rosedale.

This place is just a cluttered mess. First thing you see walking in the door is some sort of seasonal display that is never straight. Not very good execution off the bat. Service is going the way of other retailers (minimal staff and be ready to use the self check out if you want to leave quickly). Disappointing to see this place continue to go downhill.

Merchandise all over the floor. Packages left from the stolen merchandise. Employees in the electronics department running down aisles to help people creating a very unpleasant shopping experience. Was looking for an electronic toothbrush and it was out of stock. I went online and it showed that they were in stock. I went to an associate and she said if it's not on the shelf then they were sold out. Not very happy. I did get some help at the front of the store. Still no toothbrush but they give me a $10 gift card. Overall a dirty store.

I called the store to ask if this target location sold crab chips. So I call and a young lady answers, I ask her, she then tries to correct me and tell me in a smart tone that this location has then. I go to the store location, and there were no crap chips. Only old bay chips. They may seem like the same thing but they are NOT. I'd like for a manager to contact me.

Never met such a rude employee in my life. Skinny little girl with glasses named Katelyn. She looked like she was 12. Acted like it too. She was on her phone while on the job. I went up to her and asked for help. She rolled her eyes and answered my question with a disgusted tone in her voice. Guess she was annoyed that I interrupted her on her phone. I'm surprised she wasn't sent home when she came in for work. Target employees are suppose to wear red shirts. Not maroon shirts with a college team on it.

I prefer this Target over another local. It is less hectic although the lines can get long sometimes, they go pretty quickly. Their staff are friendly, the store is organized and clean, and they usually have what I am looking for.

In-store Starbucks! Need I say more? It's not as crowded as some of the other Targets since it's a bit tucked away (aka in a bombed out strip mall), but more for me! Even without the client population necessary to support this location, there's still pretty decent staffing & inventory for all your general one-stop needs including groceries, electronics, fashion items, and the occasional wild card. Some of the specialty or seasonal items can be harder to find (and are likely harder to stock) but it's still all good and I'll always be a fan of this location.

I shop at this location all the time. I was there earlier today with my mother and my toddler. I had to make an exchange and purchase a few items. The lady was quick and efficient at the customer service counter. After I made my exchange we did a little shopping. This store is always neat and the employees are helpful if needed. While I was checking out, my son started to get upset. It was time for a nap. Two of the cashiers that weren't really busy at the time helped to cheer him up while I finished my transaction. Being a mother of 2 kids under the age of 2 I am always looking for places that are kid friendly. I like this store very much and it's a bonus that it's so close to a kohls!

What can you say, it's a Target. I rather pay the premium in going to target then Walmart. Generally always carry what i am looking for and the quality of the house brand products is pretty good. As for customer service at this location, i can't really complain. Have always have had cheerful people at the registers, and has been fast as well. Will I go back to this Target, well i have no reason not to.
